  "As it was an overnight stay, it was very pleasant. We ate in the bar which was good with a great choice. The staff were very friendly especially at reception where changes were made with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. The bar was very slow due to the fact that it only had one bar staff who did a great job for being so short staffed." (3304608602)

  It was clean and very well presented

  The towels are very small for adults.

  "Overall we loved the hotel and it was a lovely surprise for for my fiance following our engagement in Ballyvaughn" (108058716)

  I booked the executive suite. The hotel was very clean with friedly staff, excellent food and we loved the extra large bed

  Not really bad points but a few suggestions would be to include a mini bar, vanity mirror, shampoo, not keen on shower curtains as they attatch to body when showering, music downstairs was loud on our first night and went on until after 1am but this was a private party and may not be a regular occurence.

  "This is a nice hotel with friendly efficient staff, good service and not too far from Galway City - was a little bit pricey but it was the Galway Arts Festival so I expected it to be. Nice breakfast service. Clean. Nice residents bar." (3304984258)

  Nice cosy hotel. Friendly efficient staff.

  Narrow corridors, small rooms and abit pricey.

  "The hotel was easy to find - a good central location. The reception staff provided us with a map and information about a day trip to the north west." (3304443942)

  The size of the deluxe room. An impressive bathroom and great bar downstairs.

  No mini bar. Food in the restaurant was over cooked and no very creative in presentation. The service was slow and we were served the wrong meal. Perhaps this was because it was a Sunday night????
