    "This was a one night stay ahead of a Disney visit. Very disappointed with the dated old room we were given. We booked a last-minute deal and feel we were given a shabby room. As is so often the case, reception looks nice but rooms are of a much lower standard." (97278962)

    Quick check-in, good location for Val D'Europe shopping

    Dowdy old room not very clean, plaster on walls battered, double bed was okay in our family room but the other beds were old metal "put-me-up" beds of the sort you'd expect in am army camp with woollen sheets - completely inadeqaute for a 3 star "Disney" hotel. Mould on the upper tiles in the bathroom. Check out took over 20 minutes waiting in a queue just to receive a ticket to exit the car park as there was only one member of staff at 9am. No mini-bar as advertised.

    The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had free shuttles to and from Disneyland that left on a regular basis. There was a huge shopping centre and the railway station nearby. Disneyland tickets were available from reception.

    The breakfast. The later you arrived the less food there was even though you were charged the same full price.

    "Très agréable: le personnel était tres chaleureux et souriant et nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré la greve qui s'y déroulait. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié." (97763971)

    Extremely child friendly and a good base for visiting Disneyland.

    The mould in the bathroom was not good and felt for the price of the accomodation, its something you don't expect.

    "le prix de la chambre est trop élévé pour la qualité de service apportée.. que pour consommer un pd il fallait faire une queue interminable (nos amis ont attendus 45 mns à 10h00 du matin, et nous avons renoncé à 9h00 car c'était idem !!)et que pour boire un verre paisiblement alors que nos invités avaient à converser ce serait un spectacle de rugby auquel nous avons participés malgré nous !...il manque une ambiance chaleureuse, c'est plutôt ambiance hall de gare!..."     Personnel agréable,restaurant satisfaisant.

    difficile de prendre un verre au bar agréablement avec un écran de tv dont le son fonctionne et où est diffusé un match de rugby, avec enthousiasme bruyant d'un groupe . il faut aller chercher ses consommations au comptoir. la carte du bar est obsolète, 3 boissons demandées n'étaient pas disponibles. il y a une attente de 45mns pour le petit déjeuner.2 personnes de notre groupe ont du renoncer ayant des horaires à respecter. très mauvaise organisation. dans le couloir d'accès à nos chambres il y avait jallonées, bouteilles vides, bols d'eau avec cuillère etc....

    "ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Pur essendo vicinissimo ai parchi Disney, raggiungibili in 5 minuti con bus navetta gratuito,il prezzo è decisamente inferiore a quello degli hotel all'interno del parco.Reception multi lingue e disponibile." (107106753)

    non molto pulito il davanzale delle finestre a causa di un nido di rondine. quindi impossibilità di aprire la finestra.

    Good base for disney, and the hotel gets the early entry. Good breakfast. Very large shopping centre on the door step. Kept 20 and 16 year old shopaholic daughters entertained when not in Disney.

    Room pretty basic and small. Limited choice for eating out in the area. The pound euro exchange rate

    "Would like to have booked the parking when I booked my holiday, would liked more information of nearby facilites shop opening hours, nearby restuarants. Shuttle bus info was poor and was crowded. Might be better to include free train pass to Disney instead. Mini bar as always a ridculous concept for a family room." (97751747)

    Right next to motorway network, train station for Paris and Disney, shopping and dining, clean and bright, breakfast excellent.

    Air conditioning didnt seem to work correctly. Shuttle bus was full in the mornings and therefore couldnt and didnt stop at our Hotel.

    I liked the location of the hotel, just across the road from the train station access to everywhere.

    Did not think the breakfast was value for money, so we did not even try it, considering the available places across the road in the shopping centre.

    "Cet hotel mériterait d'avoir des chambres insonorisées. A part ce désagrément cela nous donne envie d'y revenir (mais avec des boules quies)." (97596750)

    Chambre agréable et confortable.Belle salle de bain, spatieuse et propre. Hôtel trés bien situé, environnement récent(trottoir neuf,esplanade), facile d'accés:juste en face de la station du RER (ligne A). Bon petit déjeuner, servi jusque 10H30, buffet complet (grand choix). Necessaire de toilette dans salle de bain: gel douche/champoing, savons.

    Mauvaise isolation des chambres, dés 8H on entendait les portes se refermaient avec fracas ce qui nous faisaient sursauter. Dans la salle du petit déjeuner, les fauteuils fixes étaient sales et usés, pas trés correct pour ce genre d'Hotel.

    "We found the hotel very comfortable and definitely value for money for our stay. The parking was great and very easy. We were delighted to have our two rooms next to each other. It was very easy to get to Disneyland from the hotel, either by bus or car. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay there again." (97334433)

    Big double bed and plenty of room. A lovey bar to sit and have a drink in at the end of the day.

    The young people in our party all shared a room - 4 in total. They would have preferred to have had 2 pillows each. Slightly worrying to find the fire doors open every time we came back to the hotel. Obviously they are there for a reason. Also strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside the bedrooms. Not in rooms thankfully.
