Built in 1826, the Royal Albion Hotel is ideally located directly opposite Brighton pier with a sea view The Royal Albion hotel rooms are equipped with the following devices: television, telephone, hairdryer and trouser press. Some have even a Jacuzzi. The restaurant, lounge and bar enjoy an unobstructed view of the English Channel and offer traditional cooking all day. The Bar Rogue, a lively bar, serves food and drinks with elegance in a musical evening. The hotel allows easy access to the main motorway network. Gatwick airport is about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by train. The railway station of Brighton is not far away and the main bus station is just around the corner. Royal Albion has eight elegantly decorated halls and can accommodate up to 150 people, day or evening. Some discounts are available for the NCP parking adjacent to the hotel. Please contact reception for more information. For customers with limited mobility, a ramp leads to the entrance to the reception with a double door. Lobby and toilets are accessible by elevator to the lower level. The rooms and bathrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility are available. The restaurant, bar and most of the halls are fully accessible. The nightclub Bar Rogue is accessible through three steps.

By Car:
From the North:
- Take the M23/A23 to its very end.
- Once in Brighton, you will see signposts for the seafront.
- When you see the Palace Pier, the hotel is directly opposite.

By Air:
Gatwick Airport (42 km/26 miles) is 30 minutes away by car and 45 minutes away by train. Buses from Heathrow Airport are available, stopping at Brighton's main bus/coach terminus, which is just around the corner from the hotel.

By Rail:
Brighton railway station is 2.4 km (1.5 miles) from the hotel. There are 2 services per hour to London Victoria, with a journey time of just 49 minutes.

By Ferry:
Cross channel services from Dieppe to Newhaven are available. Newhaven is 16 km (10 miles) east of Brighton on the A259. Buses run from here to Brighton every 15 minutes.

Parking:
Due to the hotel's central location, car parking in the vicinity is at a premium. Vouchers, enabling parking adjacent to the hotel and in the surrounding area, are available from reception and local retail outlets (at an additional cost).

Free parking is available every day between 18:00 and 09:00 at Regency Mews. From the roundabout, drive west on the seafront (with the sea on your left) and turn right at the 4th set of traffic lights.

A council-operated car park is available at The Lanes. From the roundabout, drive west on the seafront (with the sea on your left) and turn right at 1st set of traffic lights. The car park is located straight ahead (this is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, located under The Thistle in Black Lion Street).
