This comfortable guest house is placed in the so-called holy triangle defined by the churches of St.John in Lateran, Santa Maria Maggiore and the basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.

Sam Rooms is the best solution if you want to visit Rome and stay in its charming historical centre. The establishment is just 10 minutes walking from the Colosseum and close to S. Giovanni Metro Station (Line A), providing a quick connection with Roma Termini, the core of Rome’s public transport network.

The accommodations were inaugurated in 2006, and are based on the first floor of an ancient building from the late 19th century. A careful and tasty design and 3 months of thorough renovations made it the top-level structure it is today.

The building also offers a common garden where you can relax and take a cooling break and a car parking at only 100 metres.
