The hotel is located approximately 6 km by car or 10 minutes by Metrolink away from Manchester United's football stadium and the cricket club Lancashire. It is about 11 kilometres or 15 minutes by the Metrolink to the Manchester Evening News Arena and the city centre of Manchester. The hotel has 12 airconditioned conference rooms and can accommodate meetings between 6 and 350 people. Restaurants and Bars

Dettori's restaurant is designed to appeal to both the formal and casual diner.

The simple and understated decor lets the food do the talking, while the lounge and bar supports a well balanced wine list to complement each and every dish.

The medallions of beef served with shallots and a brandy sauce are to die for; while the rump of lamb fell apart after cooking all day in rosemary and garlic and a deep red wine sauce.

A restaurant inside a hotel, yet not a hotel restaurant - this is the best description for Dettori’s, offering great value for money to bring you back wanting more.

Dettori's is open daily from 16:30 to 21:45. On Sundays it is open from 12:30 to 21:30.

By Car (from the M6):
- Leave the motorway at junction 19 and follow the A556 for Stockport/Manchester Airport.
- Continue along the dual carriageway until you reach the M56 roundabout.
- Follow the A56 for Altrincham and continue through Altrincham and 2 sets of lights.
- The Best Western Cresta Court Hotel is situated on the right hand side past the 2nd set of traffic lights (5 minutes).

Directions from the M56 (Manchester Airport):
- Leave the motorway at junction 7 signposted Altrincham/Knutsford.
- Take the 3rd right turning off the roundabout for the A56 (Altrincham).
- Continue through Altrincham and 2 sets of lights.
- The Best Western Cresta Court Hotel is situated on the right hand side past the 2nd set of traffic lights (5 minutes).

Directions from the M60 (southbound):
- Leave the motorway at junction 8/7 Stretford/Sale onto a small dual carriageway.
- Turn right at the traffic lights onto the A56.
- The Best Western Cresta Court Hotel is approximately 4 miles along on the left, just before the traffic lights to Altrincham town centre.

Directions from the M60 (northbound):
- Leave the motorway at junction 7 Stretford/Sale and turn left at the traffic lights onto the A56.
- The Best Western Cresta Court Hotel is approximately 4 miles along on the left, just before the traffic lights to Altrincham town centre.
