• Deposit: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: No internet access available.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 5.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information

All cards will be charged upon receipt of booking.

All cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival will receive a refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Credit cards will be charged 3% surcharge which is not refundable

Directions

River Street is situated off Great Marlborough Street (off Whitworth Street West). Once you arrive on Great Marlborough Street, River Street Apartments are located opposite New Wakefield Street. (Next to the Green Building).
