The newly created restaurant and lounge bar are fantastic places to relax and unwind, along with the new traditional style Gosford Bar where you can enjoy real ales and fine malt whiskies.

The hotel was built in 1897 by a glass merchant who would use the tower to search for the merchant ships coming in to the port of Leith. Today the tower has been transformed into a contemporary suite while retaining original features in keeping with the character of the tower.
