Each one is consistently stylish with a major emphasis on comfort, design and technology.

Staying Cool's apartments are on the top two floors of the Rotunda - the city's iconic 60's landmark that has been wonderfully restored by Urban Splash.

The apartments come in four sizes - small, medium, large and extra large. Each one is individually styled with original artwork and specially commissioned furniture.

Our Minis are studios on the 19th floor and are the most compact and bijou of our apartments but they still knock spots off the most spacious standard hotel room. A wall of floor to ceiling glass gives you great views of Birmingham life... and French windows that open fully at 75 metres up make it all that little bit more thrilling.

Our Europa penthouse (named after Lotus' 60s sports car) has two bedrooms, each with and an en suite bathroom. The lounges is spacious and comfortable with an open plan kitchen.
