• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions

By car:
- Take the A100 city motorway towards Charlottenburg and exit at Siemensdamm
- Continue until Juliusdamm, proceed straight ahead until Nonnendamm and turn right at the roundabout in Spandau, to enter Neuendorfer Straße
- After 800 metres, you will find the hotel on your right-hand side

From Tegel Airport, the hotel can be accessed in 15 minutes, via the A110.

By public transport:
- Take the underground line U7 to Rathaus Spandau or the S9 or S75 S-Bahn trains to Spandau station
- If you are arriving from the Zoologischer Garten station or Schönefeld Airport, take the RE regional train.
