• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Directions

By car:
- Coming along the A5 towards Basel, exit at Baden-Baden.
- Head towards Thermen and Gaggenau.
- After approximately 600 metres (after the Schloßbergtunnel) our hotel is on the right hand side. Parking is behind the hotel.
