• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information

The city of Munich will implement new Low Emission Zones by 01 October 2008, which only vehicles displaying an “Emission Badge” (Umwelt Plakette) are allowed to enter. Vehicles entering one of these zones without a display badge are likely to be fined EUR 40.

Directions

If you are travelling by underground, you can choose among the following routes:

From Ostbahnhof, take line U5 towards Laimer Platz and descend at Lehel (Thierschplatz).

From Hauptbahnhof (main railway station), either take line U5 towards Neuperlach-Süd and descend at Lehel (Thierschplatz). Alternatively, take line U4 towards Arabellapark and descend at Lehel (Thierschplatz).

If you are travelling by tram, take line 17 and descend at Lehel, or take line 19 and descend at Maxmonument.

If you are travelling by car, please note that Munich will have a low emission zone for vehicles from 1 October. 2008. For more information please consult the website www.muenchen.de
