• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Directions

By train: arrive at Hamburg-Dammtor station. Most long-distance express trains and all ICEs stop there.
From here, it is just a 6-minute walk – but if you have heavy luggage, you will have no problem finding a taxi.
By plane: at Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel airport take a taxi. The journey takes roughly 25 minutes and the fare is approx. € 29. Alternatively you can take the Jasper Airport-Shuttle bus service. Then take a taxi from Hamburg central station (Hamburg Hbf).
Or you may prefer to rent a car from one of the car-hire agencies. A useful tip: ask the car-hire agent for a (free) street map.
By car: use one of our route guides. We have put together a route map and detailed directions from each of the main
motorway interchanges around Hamburg. These can be downloaded as pdf files and printed out.
