• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Directions

Arriving from the Cologne-Bonn "Verteilerkreis" roundabout:
- Approach the roundabout "Am Verteilerkreis" and leave it at the exit Militärringstraße, heading towards Rheinufer
- At the end of Militärringstraße you will see a set of traffic lights
- Follow the course of the road to the left, and head towards the ciy centre ("Stadtmitte") by travelling along the banks of the Rhine via the following roads:
- Oberländerufer
- Gustav-Heinemann-Ufer
- Agrippinaufer
- Am Bayenturm
- Bayenstraße
- Auf dem Holzmarkt
- Am Leystapel

- After approx. 3.7 km you will see a Total petrol station, just before the "Rheinufertunnel" tunnel
- Get in the left-hand lane
- At the next set of traffic lights turn left into the road Am Filzengraben
- Take the right-hand lane until you reach the next set of traffic lights, where you turn right into the road Am Malzbüchel
- Continue along the right-hand lane until you reach another set of traffic lights, where you turn right to enter the road Am Heumarkt
- Get in the left-hand lane and you will see an underpass with a set of traffic lights in front of it
- Turn left and drive through the underpass
- The left-hand lane takes you directly to the underground car park "Am Heumarkt"
- From there, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk away
