Soon to open - Our 5-star apartment hotel "Altes Dresden" and the 4-star apartment hotel "Neumarkt" are situated right on the New Market Square in the historical city centre and near to the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche).

Because of its central location and the excellent connections to public transport, our apartment hotels are the ideal base from which to get to know the city. All our comfortable apartments and suites offer a living and a sleeping area, a plasma TV, a full-equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine, and some have a direct view of the New Market and the Church of Our Lady, while others offer a balcony.

Our reception desk is open from 07:00 till 23:00, for both aparthotels the arrival takes place at Aparthotel "Neumarkt". Our staff members gladly assist you in booking city tours, city walks as well as organizing tickets for concerts. Here you can also rent a bike.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions

By public transport:
- From the airport to Hauptbahnhof Dresden (main railway station), take the S7 to the stop Pirnaischer Platz.
- Cross Wilsdruffer Straße street bearing left.
- Enter the Landhausstraße street and 250 metres on the right is the hotel.
