• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

- Take the "Stadtring Nord" motorway and exit at Spandauer Damm

Arriving by rail:
- Travel to the station Zoologischer Garten
- Take the underground line U2 towards Ruhleben and get out at the station Bismarckstraße
- Or take bus number 109 and get out at the stop Haubachstraße

Arriving by plane:
- Travel to Tegel Airport
- Take bus number 109 and get out at the stop Haubachstraße
