These apartments are located in the traditional district of Altstadt Spandau and are housed within a beautifully restored building dating back to 1876.

• Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Important Information

A final cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay. This amounts to EUR 35 for a 2-room apartment and EUR 27 for a 1-room apartment.

Please note that an additional EUR 25 per apartment is charged if you arrive later than 20:00. Late check-out (after 12:00) is possible for an additional fee of EUR 25 per apartment.

Directions

Arriving from Tegel Airport:
- Take bus 109 or X9 to Jacob-Kaiser-Platz underground station (approx. 20 minutes)
- Take the U7 underground line in the direction of Rathaus Spandau and get out at Altstadt Spandau
- The hotel lies just a short walk from here

Arriving from Schönefeld Airport:
- Take bus 171 or X7 to Rudow underground station (approx. 1 hour)
- Take the U7 underground line in the direction of Rathaus Spandau and get out at Altstadt Spandau
- The hotel lies just a short walk from here
OR for a quicker journey:
- Walk to the S-Bahn station and take the RB14 (B) train towards Nauen Bhf and get out at Spandau S-Bahn station
- Take the U7 for one station towards Rudow or take bus X 33 towards Wilhelmsruher Damm and get out at Altstadt Spandau
- The hotel lies just a short walk from here

From the main railway station (approx. 30 minutes):
- Take the S-Bahn train (line S75 or S9) in the direction of Spandau and get out at Rathaus Spandau station
- Take the U7 for one station towards Rudow or take bus X 33 towards Wilhelmsruher Damm and get out at Altstadt Spandau
- The hotel lies just a short walk from here

Travelling to the exhibition grounds (ICC) (approx. 20 minutes):
- Take the underground from Altstadt Spandau to Rathaus Spandau
- Take the S-Bahn line S9 towards Schönefeld or the S75 towards Wartenberg or Ahrensfelde or Hohenschönhausen and get out at Messe Süd
