• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible at a location nearby.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Directions

By Car:
From Naples:
- Take the A3 Naples to Salerno.
- Take the exit for Pompei Ovest (from Northern Italy) or Pompei (from Southern Italy).
- Follow the directions to the hotel.

Parking:
The hotel car park is on the other side of the road (Eden Park). You have to take a ticket at the entrance and we will stamp it every time you need the car. There is no need to pay at the exit.

By FFSS Italian Railways:
The train stop is Pompei.

By Circumvesuviana Railways:
The train stop is Pompei Santuario for the Naples to Poggiomarino line (200 metres from the hotel) .
