Located in a modern building, surrounded by gardens, with a private swimming- pool (open from mid June to mid September) and parking. Only 200 meters from the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones, and with good bus routes to the centre of the city.

Having two sizes to choose from:
We have studios (living-room and bedroom in one room with a kitchenette) and one-bedroom apartments with a living-room furnished with a bed-sofa and completed equipped independent kitchen.

Reception schedule: from 8:00am until midnight. Please contact the hotel if you are going to arrive from 12 am. to 8 am.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Important Information

The hotel will charge a 10.00 euros fee deposit for the parking keys.
