Just 150 metres from the beach, this small family-run hotel is located in the beautiful area between the villages of Roda and Acharavi in Thinalion, 40 km from Corfu Airport.

The hotel offers an outdoor pool, 2 bars, a restaurant and a lobby with satellite TV. The Ionian Sea's deep blue waters and our clean, golden beaches are awarded the European Community's Blue Flag each year. Scuba-diving, underwater fishing, beach volley and trekking on the mountain's designated paths, as well as riding amidst the pine and olive-groves are just a few opportunities for fun and recreation.

The coastline is where the bulk of the tourist development is. Picturesque Roda is on one side of the coast, along with cosmopolitan Acharavi. Many restaurants, taverns, summer beach bars and large nightclubs cover the whole spectrum of entertainment.

Restaurants and Bars

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30 at low prices. Choose from a variety of teas and coffees, cheeses, yoghurts, eggs and fruit juices.

The pool bar is open from 10:30 to 17:00.

The snack bar is open from 13:00 to 16:00.

Appetisers include a wide selection of salads, Tzatziki dishes, cheeses and potatoes.

The tavern is open from 19:00 to 21:00.

Area Information

For those who seek peace and quiet, the coast continues onto Almyros Beach, Agios Spyridon Bay, with its traditional little taverns, and the wind-protected Kalamaki.

The spring processions to honour the churches and the Holy Easter are a one-of-a-kind experience. In the summer, each settlement has its own fair, accompanied by violin, guitar and accordion. The circle dances are intended to elevate high spirits and celebrate the joy of life.

The Monastery of Pantokrator, built on the mountain-top in 1347, with the labour of people from the 23 villages of the area, was totally ruined in the 16th century. The present church was built in the same place during the late 17th century.

Uphill, the Old Perithia is an excellent example of architecture and measure. The village has stone mansions, numerous churches and mystic alleys, retaining its charm and keeping the aura of the Venetian Era intact.

By Public Transport:

By Plane:
The international airport of Corfu, situated 3 km south of the town in the Kanoni area, welcomes international, domestic and charter flights.

By Boat:
Via Patras - The large ferry-boats, which leave the Italian harbours of Brindizi, Bari and Ancona, stop at Corfu on their way to and from Patras. For information on the schedules, ticket prices of passengers and automobiles, contact the Port Authority Office at Patras, or travel agencies in Patras, Athens and Corfu.

Via Igoumenitsa - The trip from Igoumenitsa to Corfu is one hour and 45 minutes by car-ferry. For further information, contact the Port Authority Office of Igoumenitsa.
