No Lift and a room on the 3rd floor. No Shower in bathroom only a bath.

The room has recently been refurbished and was very pleasant.
The breakfast was not very good, the eggs were rock hard and sausage burnt.

"The booking system was quick and efficient and our booking was confirmed promptly. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the accommodation was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - I am tempted to book again with my family for a leisure break next time! Thanks." (97689004)
Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the hotel was comfortable, clean and rooms had stylish contemporary decor.
The shower was a little temperamental due to building works in the hotel but not a major issue.

Newly renovated room, very nice. Bilingual signage and menus a big plus, as well as Welsh-speaking and helpful staff.

"The Hotel was fine, in a good setting close to the heart of the town, and right by the sea. Good breakfast, nice staff. The room was comfortable if a little spartan." (97230965)
The room overlooking the sea allowed one to lie in bed and watch the stormy sea. The breakfast was very good.
The room could have had a clock radio with an alarm (no telephone in the room so an early call was not possible.

"The hotel was as described in the online information~ the arrangements were as booked,the hotel is centrally placed promenade with the toewn centre easily accessible with excellent views out to sea and pleasant walks and good parking facilities. My room was in excellent order,warm and comfortable. The food is also excellent.Howevder my stay was a little on the pricy side" (97824201)

"We have stayed in Aberystwyth many times over the last 5 years as our son has attended the University there and he was graduating with a Masters degree this time, hence the overnight stay. Many of the hotels we have stayed in have been on the sea front. so we had a very good idea what the rooms would be like. This was probably one of the best we have stayed in and we were lucky to get rooms as we left it until fairly late to book which I did online, taking the final rooms for the night in question.The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels, tea and coffee, bath and shower accessories etc and even our room which was at the front of the building was nice and quiet at night even where it was situated right on the promenade. We were able to park off the road in the hotel carpark and staff were friendly and welcoming." (99568187)
