    Kept being woken up by inconsiderate (drunken) guests banging shut their room doors in the small hours of the morning

    Near tram stop. Nice view across the river.

    No room cleaning/servicing on Sunday compounded by no clean on Saturday as they asked to service the room far too early. Very noisy outside with trams, and people coming and going at the hotel.

    The hotel is simple but the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is abundant and lovely.

    The lounge is very smoky. Not only tourists stay in the hotel but workers as well.

    The staff attitude and their breakfast, really good

    layout of the second floor, it did not look welcoming and the size of the bed was too small even though it was a single.

    the shower and the location

    the noise of the airconditioning/plant room from the neighbouring building was very noisy and my room looked directly onto the building. No phone in the room.

    Location, staff friendly.

    light in bathroom didn't work - it took 24 hours to change (half of stay). Not enough fruit/vegetables at breakfast. Coffee was mediocre.

    it is comfortable with within a very nice location

    there are no facilities like water heater for making coffe, no refrigerator i.e. not good for family but for individuals

    "J'aurais aimé savoir que les chambres étaient un minimum isolées et moins les unes sur les autres = industrie hotellière. J'aurais aimé savoir que le petit déj était médiocre ! Heureusement que nous avons cherché au minimum un 3 étoiles !! La vue également = sur un parking" (99971272)

    Il rapporto prezzo/servizi.

    La scelta del menu al ristorante annesso è piuttosto scarsa. Gli orari del ristorante sono troppo limitati. Il personale incontrato non è molto caloroso, un sorriso non costa nulla e fa sempre piacere!

    le buffet du petit dej est excellent, le personnel est tres competant. et le bar du restaurant est ideal lorsqu'il pleut. on est satisfait

    pour les couples les lits dans les chambres ne devraient pas etre separe. et les chambres plus spacieuses.
