"I didn't realise that there was not a restaurant as a colleague booked the hotel. While I didn't mind walking to Frankie & Bennies it was a little inconvenient (I appreciate I could have caught a taxi). Breakfast was fine and it may be an idea to at least offer something in the evening" (97443668)
I appreciated the view of the pitch and being a cricket fan liked the magazine left in the room.

"Excellent facilities and staff, comfortable, quiet and near to tram stop. Would definately stay there again." (97942250)
Staff very helpful indeed and if they didn't know the answer to a question, they found out.
Gate locked when I returned from an evening out. There was no intercom or sign saying how to get back in (through the car park, I discovered!) so a scary experience for a woman travelling alone.

"very comfortable and welcoming............by the way your welcome on the tv screen is spelt incorrectly." (97216790)
everything was very good except points below
It was difficult to read your bar items/prices which where situated on the wall at the back of the bar rather than on the bar itself. It would be more helpful to your guests if this item was either on the bar or on the individual tables in the bar area. As we used the tram service all the time when we were there it would have been to our advantage if the small side gate which faces Brian Statham Way could have been open to guests etc..........especially if the weather is inclement.

"It was clean and looked newly refurbished. The shower was very easy to operate. The double glazing was soundproof (main road outside). Plasma TV with good choice of freeview and sky channels. More than adequate choice of breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful (went the extra mile in terms of recommendations for eating out and directions to shopping.)Also in a good location with Salford Quays and the Trafford Centre within 10 minutes by car." (97170915)
Clean, very pleasant staff and the price was good. Excellent value for money
Not really a dislike, but main bedroom lights were very bright and only alternative was a quite dim bedside light so if one person wanted to go to sleep and the other to read it wasn't possible.

"Good value and an ideal location for the event I was attending at the Manchester United Football Stadium, just a five minute walk away. The rooms overlook the cricket ground, a superb place to be on match days with your own private balcony. The facilities are basic so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a long stay; unless you are on a tight budget. It’s an ideal business stopover, for visiting friends or events in the area." (97896766)
Very clean and presentable.
