Check in and showing the room by the keeper was friendly and gave a welcome feeling.

Ventilator in the bathroom made a lot of noise.

"As good as any hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in a few!!" (97692054)

The Manager was excellent - the breakfast was very good too and the quality of refreshments were not compromised considering the size of the lodge. Silly things like the tea and coffee on offer where of good quality, the bread at breakfast was fresh and not cheap, the soap and shower gel on offer were of good quality and the room was nice, clean and fresh.

good location, especially for visiting wimbledon. Friendly staff. Private taxiservice available.

parking facilities are more limited than expected, though in the end available. for late risers: breakfast ends at 8.30 only.

"We (myself, my husband and mother-in-law) stayed at The Warwick Lodge Hotel as we were attending a Birthday party at a nearby Golf Club. We had the family room (double & single beds) and we thought the accommodation was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise." (97514977)

The hotel/room was very clean and tidy.

When we used the hairdryer in the morning it stopped working after about 30 seconds. We phoned reception to ask for another and the Manager said he had just given out the remaining spare one to another room whose fuse had also blown. We had to 'towel dry'!

Easy to find, parking on site. Clean, courteous staff.

Room was next to reception/office and was quite noisy. Thin walls in this room, heard neighbours quite clearly. other rooms may be OK.

"Parking facilities were not clear on the website or upon arrival at the hotel, until we asked. It is OK to park out on the single yellow lines on the road directly outside the hotel, but you need to know which side to park on at which times of day: opposite side of road was OK outside hours of 7-10am (if I remember correctly) and side of road directly outside hotel was OK outside hours of 4-7pm. Parking was limited on the property itself." (99012209)

Very clean and staff very friendly.

Twin room was a little small but sufficient for our one night stay.

Very warm and kind reception from the manager. Very helpful in giving information and tipps. No timeconsuming registration processes. The room itself was nicely decorated and well equipped with nice furniture and toiletry articles, TV and wireless net access. Very clean. And of course a very gut price. Very good situated in Surbiton and close to the local train station. Easy access to the Waterloo station in London (20min). Helpful staff and very discreet.

Friendly and quiet, with a good choice of places to eat nearby

We were unable to get any cold water in our room - the water remained luke warm however long you ran the water. There was cold water downstairs in the dining room which we could use.

"This is a bed and breakfast lodge, so you should not expect hotel standards. However, the staff were very friendly and professional. It is expensive for a B&B and I have stayed in hotels for less. Nonetheless, if it is central for your activities I would not necessarily dismiss this as an option." (97206883)

Very friendly welcome and excellent service. Fantastic breakfast.

Very limited parking, so be there early to obtain a space. The room was nothing like the image on the website, but it was satisfactory.
