    Vey helpful room service staff member who tried to make up for failings of room service system

    Room was not very clean. Room service was "out" of many dishes. Parking on footpath allowed which made it difficult to walk from check-out to airport.

    ive used holiday inn a lot of times so i know the format of the hotel

    no heating not having big towels in the room couldnt open the minibar location for amenities not good esp with no car

    "the room carpet was stained. some light fittings did not work. wall paper was coming adrift from the walls. however, the room service was good, and the food delivered to my room was of a standard in keeping with the price." (97143757)

    It's convenient location, close to glasgow airport

    Its price. the standard of the room was below that of an average travel lodge, although the price was twice as much.

    "Good acomodations in the non-smoking rooms. Helpful staff. Great restaurant downstairs. Bar was first rate." (99277136)

    Close to airport. Very quiet rooms. Easy check in process.

    The smoking rooms stunk and so did the hallways on the 5th floor. We'll never check into the smoking room again. No washcloths in the bathrooms.

    everything was clean and very modern. I enjoyed some of the added touches, like the heated towel racks and clothes presser.

    a bit expensive when you have to convert to canadian currency

    close to the airport

    TV didn't work and there was no available wake up call. They had to do something out of the ordinary to get me a wake up call, which they did.

    "The hotel was what we expected, being a Holiday Inn. Not a earth shaking experience, but very convenient. Like a lot of other Holiday Inns. Vanilla ice cream." (3304853090)

    Proximity to the airport, which is the only reason we stayed there.

    Expensive for what you got. The breakfast, which was not included, was extremely expensive for what you got.

    "The efficiency of the staff made up for any little dissatisfaction. The air conditioning was not the best I have ever experienced, it was a very hot day and with the windows not opening I did feel the room uncomfotably hot." (3304402852)

    Room was perfectly adequate although a little on the small side. The hotel was welcoming and staff more than helpful.

    I understand it was for safety but I did not like the fact that the windows did not open.

    main reception bright and airy, The hotel is close to the airport and my business address. good breakfast. comfortable bed.

    quality of the food, initial choice a monthly special, not available. Subsequently choose the evening carvery. meal was not hot, not exactly tasty and choice of desserts dire. that some areas of the accomodation is in need of refurbishment. In my room the wall paper peeling off the wall, wall was scuffed. Bathroom tiles were in a very poor state, grouting was awful, discoloured. All lights in the room fused when I switched on a wall light.Went to reception who quickly asked a porter to deal with the problem, but no apology for the issue, in fact I felt I was imposing.Also had to ask the porter to replace the lightbulb, he did not offer to.

    Excellent value for money. Good room service which is important as I am a single female buisness lady.
