"This was the first time we had visited London and was unsure whether we were near the theatre and sights we wanted to see.The hotel was in the perfect position just near the marble arch.The overall time we spent in the hotel was fantastic and the staff were so helpful." (97511700)
The hotel looked beautiful from the outside and inside did not disappoint.The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful.We asked for an iron and within minutes it was delivered to our room.Overall it was fantastic and if we were visiting London again we would definatley stay here again as it was in the perfect position.
There was nothing to dislike.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The room was a great size and in-room facilities where excellent.
Nothing important, except we only had green tea in our room and we wanted Breakfast tea!

"Good quality hotel with nice added touches like robes (not always offered in 4* properties). Staff very pleasant, attentive and professional. Rooms including surfaces were very clean (unusual these days!) Nice quiet location although extremely central (just behind Marble Arch) in a beautiful building." (97620238)
The staff and quality of room and accessories.
Rooms were rather small but still comfortable. Wireless internet access was extremely expensive compared to most other hotels across the country!

Friendly, efficient, air conditioned throughout. Good restaurant. Close to amenities and 3 minutes from Marble Arch Underground.

"Just adequate for a mid-market overnight stay, by London standards, but not up to standard for a longer stay and not close to being value for money. I would be very disappointed if I had come to London for a special break with my wife and stayed here. The hotel could be very good, but the bedrooms and corridoors need attention." (108089420)
Nice frontage and pleasant restaurant and bar area.
Hotel smells stale, the rooms dingey and the price was extortionate. The room was worth £90, not 3 times that amount!

"I wish I would have known what a poor view we were going to have, we looked into an air shaft..The main frustration I had was the internet, Someone came into our room twice to try to fix it and never could so we waited in our room for them for 40 minutes. When they finaly gave up and offered to change rooms we were already settled and late for a show so we couldnt. We were offered no sort of refund to make up for this" (97963192)

Good value, clean hotel, good location, staff very pleasant.
My wife had trouble leaving messages / calling me in my room because the persons answering the phone could not understand the name Price.

Quiet. Good quality linene and towels
Some biscuits with the coffee and tea in the room would be nice. You should also include a prioce list for the bar and snacks

"the staff were pretty useless,I was put on hold for around 20 minutes while they tried to confirm my booking. I was alate arrival (11pm) and an early leaver 6.45 so really I paid for a bed which was very expensive,Given the choice I will not stay there again." (1695391)
