"Enjoyed our stay. Nice room. Spoilt slightly by small niggles which could easily be put right. " (99794280)

Friendly staff. Good size bedroom and en suite, which appeared brand new. Constant hot water. A/C unit worked ok. Good breakfast. Nice bar lounge which did excellent 'bar food'.

Stayed in 'Executive Double' which was not a double but a twin with beds pushed together. Only 5/6 tv channels. No electric razor point beside mirror. Mirror lighting poor. Bath mat not always supplied. Larger or more towels needed. No help offered with bags at check in.

"Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly. The bar was full of people eating and drinking which is alway a good sign. I do recommend the bar food good variety and caters for all, even the little ones. Even though the bar was full the room were still nice and peaceful. The hotel was so clean and what was really nice the manager was on hand to make sure you were enjoying your stay. The hotel is in close amenties of shops and train stations." (97341194)

The rooms were very clean the staff were very friendly and alway on hand to help with anything. Nice clean towels the next day and the opportunity to order a paper. Also we arrive back to the hotel quite late one night and hadn't eaten the cheifs were still on hand at 23.00 to make a couple of sandwiches which was fantastic.

There is nothing to dislike. A Friendly hotel with a nice atmosphere

"There was very little choice of accommodation in that area on the internet but the Leapark Hotel has an excellent website and delivered exactly what it claimed. Very gratifying when people fulfil their promises - not always the case these days." (99493294)

Staff were friendly and efficient. Both the bar meal and the breakfast were excellent.

Just a little too hot for me in the bedroom, but that's true for most hotels - perhaps it's just me!

"The Leapark is a nice hotel, good food, good entertainment. It was unfortunate that our TV did not work. I did not complain as we only were staying one night and were attending a hotel function that night. The step just inside our room door is dangerous - if it is not pointed out. There should also be a warning sign on the door." (99929361)

Room was large, clean and tidy

    1) TV did not work. 2) There was a step inside the door to the room which was not pointed out and as my wife stepped into the room in the darkness, she almost fell down the step. Eventually someone will do this unless there is a warning sign at the door or the step is pointed out by the receptionist. A step immediately inside a bedroom door is not a thing to be expected.

"I was on a business trip for a training seminar at the Leapark. This however did not affect my decision regarding accommodation and the Leapark was selected via the Internet where I visited Hotel sites as far away as Edinburgh, which was were I flew into from Belfast. I telephoned the Leapark Hotel in advance of my departure and they were extremely helpful in advising me of the different travel plans I could make to get to them from Edinburgh. This made my journey extremely easy and I arrived relaxed and fresh as the information they gave me was 100% accurate and correct. Check in/check out was very professional and only took a few moments to complete. The staff were very friendly/helpful/courteous/professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. The meals were well presented/tasty/good value for money. The Bar/Restaurant had a varied Menu with quite a number of options to choose from. Breakfast was great and ranged from eggs on toast to a Full Scottish with all the usual juices/cereals/toast etc. All-in-all a most enjoyable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book the Leapark again." (3304598144)

The bedroom was spacious and well aired. The bed was very comfortable and bedlinen very clean and fresh. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/shower products and towels.

I have no adverse commenets to make.

good bed, is most important thing in a hotel

tv far to small (screen) is out of what hotels give nowaday's, tv's are cheap items, also think about wifi wireless on line service most business people look for a good connection the one in the bar is not to bad but it is in a noisy location.

    from Liverpool , United Kingdom;GB  on  February 1, 2006

"The room I was allocated was beautifully furnished but the noise from the generator, staff and building work was horrendous. This room should not be allocated to guests until the adjoining building work is completed." (3304027859)

The actual room was of a excellent standard

The room was next to a generator that ran all night, plus it was part of an annex which staff constantly went passed. The rooms either side had scaffolding and the following morning bullding work commenced at 8am on these rooms. The drilling, banging and general noise of the workmen was appalling. It was far from a restful stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

I found the central heating system to be very noisy.
