    Although a mistake was made in the booking process Sunny the owner excelled himself in making good. Nothing is too much trouble and the location for Twickenham is superb!! Facility suited the purpose spot on.

    friendliness of staff,lovely comfortable bed san freshly laundered bed linen,modern tv excellent ensuite facilities. everything provided necessary for comfort and cleanliness! breakfast firstclass!nice china,choice of cereals,fruit juices etc,bright and cheerful well appointed dining room,piping hot well cooked and well presented food very well positioned for tubes etc

    For the price and equal age of the building - the rooms were a pleasant surprise.

    The manager was very friendly and easily gave our group information about the subway and travelling to and from London on the subway. We appreciated the pickup and drop off at the airport.

    There was a mouse in our room.

    Manager and staff all friendly and efficient, made us feel welcome.

    Stayed in Bridge House; although shower and baisin in room, toilet was shared. Charged for transfer to Bridge House.

    Breakfast was good and prompt

    floors not properly cleaned. bathroom dirty. Cost of the room was taken from my credit card account, 3 days before we arrived - even though I was intending to pay with cash (to save 5% charge). This was refunded. Room is too small as a double room. There was nowhere to put one suitcase without blocking doors etc. Bed was old and mattress lacked support.

    "I was travelling alone late at night having visited my daughter in East London and seeing someone off from Heathrow at 6am the next morning!The hotel was very near to Hounslow Central tube station, really easy to find and in an area that felt reasonably safe for a lone female traveller. My room was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed. Exceptionally good value, I will be booking again later in the Spring when I need to stay overnight in London for a family event." (99129274)

    No welcome, unfriendly atmosphere, decor very tatty, bed incredibly uncomfortable, basement room dark and dingy, cooked breakfast dry and overcooked, toast not toasted, argument going on in kitchen about poor pay!

    "I would liked to have known how well positioned it was too all the shops as then we would not have been concerned about our getting the toiletries that are forbidden in hand luggage on international flights. This was a very pleasant experience. The two rooms I saw(stayed in one) were not made to be onsuites by cramming a bathroom into the room like some guest houses,they had their own onsuite bathroom toilet off to the side. The staff plus the owner were very helpful in making our stay comfortable. The fact that you can hire the owner or his dad to drive you to the airport early in the morning was a blessing. For those who would want to use the tube it is about a 1 to 2 minute walk away. Breakfast is not served but there are plenty of places close by to pick something up or eat at the airport."     It was very clean,pleasantly decorated, we were really welcomed by the staff, given great directions to reteraunts & shops to which it was very close to. Ideal for an overnight or a longer stay, close to the tube for sight seeing. The price was great.Place was friendly.

    I had to fix my shower door & had to teach the others from a floor down how to turn the electricity on to the shower as there were no instructions for people who had never seen the type of water heater before. It was a bit noisy because of traffic but ok.

    "The service provided for the stay was good. The room was adequate. However, I am not sure if this is typical of all hotels and guest houses, there is no air conditioning in the room. This would have been nice to know prior to staying. As well, there were no top sheets provided for the bedding. Simply a bottom sheet and a comforter.
