"Great location for west end and good, impersonal service. Traditional style furnishings, all clean and in good order. Good reception area and bar - perfect for after show/dinner drinks. Good value for the location." (3304759747)
Twin rooms very nice if a little tight for space. Good bathrooms and liked Molten Brown toiletries.
nothing to dislike here.

"A nice, well located hotel, let down by no tea/coffee making facility in the room - expected in the UK at the room price." (108090843)
Staff well presented and attentive, room clean
No tea/coffee making facility in the room!! Breakfast seemed inordinately expensive - went out.

"I would like to have seen a description of the prices for food and drink." (3304660417)
Extremely expensive for drinks and food, no tea making fascilities in the room, only one towelling robe supplied for two people. The shower head in room 222 was dirty, the normal overhead shower in the bathroom was not working.

"The room was nice, bar mainly contained wine and if you do not like wine there is not a lot left to decide from. Staff were very nice and helpful" (97249072)
Small room but very nice, no tea or coffee available in the room
Small thought I would have got a bigger room for the price that i paid.

Improve rooms - I don't think this is what you expect of a 4stars hotel

"My stay at the Westbury was very nice. I enjoyed it and i would stay again. However i would miss breakfast again as i cannot spend £23.00 on bacon... It is close to Theatre land and everything else we needed." (1811374)
I likes the friendlyness and helpful staff. The Moulten Brown products in the room were a real treat also.
I do not like the fact that breakfast is £23.00 each

Excellent staff, very helpful and room was spotless.
£23 each for breakfast was very expensive, however this is probably normal for a hotel of this stature.

"On arrival we were greated and checked in very efficently. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was a bit small but very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast in our room deliverled on time by a very frindly girl. Good place to stay like we did if you want to go shopping in oxford/regent st. Our stay at the hotel was perfect!" (99627077)
The room was nicely decorated with a well stocked mini bar!
The room was a bit on the small side but the queensize bed made up for it!
