"Was adequate for what we needed, but no way was it worth £169 per night. Stayed at a Premier Inn the night before for £52, it was much more modern and cleaner! Only stayed there because all the other hotels near by were full." (97163416)
Very close to Wembley Stadium for events.
Very expensive, booked online and was told no deposit required yet my card was charged immediately for all three rooms and £10 more than advertised!!Rooms weren't ready on arrival, had to wait 4hrs! Shower and bath very old and grotty.

"I'd recommend hotel" (97740864)
Good location for Wembley Stadium, rooms clean with good facilities (tea/coffee & iron and ironing board). health suite clean & tidy, nice indorr pool area.
Although we checked in early when we returned to reception at the appointed check-in time our rooms were still not available. Having said that the hotel was very busy due to the concert at Wembley Stadium.

"Ok, but i wouldnt recommend it to my friends" (97757469)
The hotel was clean and in a good position because we were going to the wembley stadium.
The staff tried to help but some of them found it difficult to understand english, we had no tea & coffee in our room and had to go out and buy our own, the kettle didnt work properly and also when you turned the tapon the water gushed out all over the floor.

"Hotel was very nice and the staff was great, but the incident during the night -- totally substandard. " (97182779)
The staff was very accomodating and was able to provide info on getting around in the city, etc
We had one incident. We had three rooms and the second night of our stay my sister in law and her fiance were abruptly awakened by the bellman and a guest insisting that this was this persons room and demanded that they come out of the room to be questioned. Once everything was seemingly corrected they were again asked to come out of the room for more questions. When she spoke to the person on duty when we checked out for our flight (3am) to head to the airport, the on duty person said there was nothing they could do about the incident -- that portion of the stay proved to be very unprofessional in my opinion and I will rethink staying at a Hilton for a while. We are stationed overseas and have family visit a couple of times a year and we travel and usually need three to four rooms. This was my first try with the Hilton..I will have to reevaluate my choices.

"The bathroom was very grubby with cracked tiles and black grouting where it hadn't been cleaned. Window wouldn't shut properly causing a draught and howling all night. Had to wait ages at the bar to get served, not enough staff on. Certainly not 4 star more 2! Hotel very dated and in need of a good clean and updating," (97828022)

"we expected that for a hotel of that size, there would be some form of live entertainment, even if only some piano music, this would have encouraged the guests to stay longer in the bar after their good night out at wembley arena. the staff were exeptremely polite and did all they could to make sure that our short stay was a pleasant one." (97176163)
the bed was a good size and very comfortable with good bedding
the overall standard of the room was quite poor. although very clean there was water damage on the lounge ceiling and the bathroom flooring is coming unstuck from the sides due to a leaky bath.

"Staying at Wembley Plaza made our night out at Wembley Arena a very pleasurable experience. We chose to have the hotel buffet before the show which was excellent value £21.95 (3 courses) with plenty of choice. Staff were excellent and keen to help on directions, etc and being in such close proximity to the Stadium and Arena was fantastic. Free parking was also available. We didn't realise there was a pool so didn't take any costumes but this was probably our fault for not checking facilities thoroughly before hand." (97281868)
Could not have stayed any closer to Wembley Arena for our concert which was perfect. Could walk safely to venue within 5 minutes. Staff were very friendly.
Our bathroom was dated and needed some attention and bedroom was clean but could be made to look more homely and inviting.

"The room was quiet and away from the lift as we requested when bookinghe breakfast was an 'eat all you want' style buffet and was tasty, but overpriced, especially if, like my wife,, yoiu only had 3 pieces of toast and a cup of tea for your tenner. Still, overall no complaints and pleasantly surprised to find somewhere in central Wembley that was quiet and comfortable. Constructive criticism - I would have been irritated and not bothered to respond had I written this in capitals only to find yoiur comments at the bottom of the page - the 'NO CAPITALS' should be at the top of the page so yoiu see this first." The hotel was in a great location next to(Wembley Arena). The hotel had a Disco and a good bar. I loved the look of the swimming pool etc. and we had great view from are bedroom.
The check in time is too late 3.00pm. As other hotels in this area are 1.00pm.e.g (Ibis hotel next door). Did NOT like knocks on door in the morning from cleaners at 8.00am and 9.30am and also lady asking if we were checking out this was at 11.00pm.(I told her yes at 12.00pm as paid for.)

"Overall I was happy with the stay as it was the hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to Wembley Stadium and Arena. The staff were friendly and the pool/spa facilities were great. My Fiancé had a massage with the therapist and said it was the best massage she has ever had! (My fiancé is a beauty therapist so it must have been good)" (97558806)
Very convenient (being next to Wembley Arena)
Our room was situated on the fifth floor and was next door to the lift shaft which we could hear everytime somebody used the lift. It kept me awake at night.

The bathroom needs updating and could of been a little cleaner. Overall I think it was a good hotel and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It would be ideal if you were going to a venue at the wembley stadium." (97816538)

"It was hard to find the hotel from Wembley Park tube station. A clue in the directions, such as make for the far side of the stadium would have helped. The hotel looks like an old office block, and the sign is quite discreet. The check in staff were very friendly, and we had a non smoking room on a non smoking floor. We had not realised there was a pool and gym, so did not have our swimsuits with us. We had a lovely light supper in our room, with great views. The shower took a while to warm up, but the bathroom was good. We had a very peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was not great, especially for £12.95 each, but the staff were very friendly. No one seemed to know what was happening when we came to check out, but that may have been a small blip! Then the trek back to the tube. All in all, a very nice stay." (97234412)
Fantastic view of the new Wembley Stadium. Total peace, in a big city. Room service was fast, the food and wine were good, and a very fair price.
A little pricey to pay for breakfast on top of the room price. Strange smell in the corridor, although not in our room. Very slow check out.

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was wonderful to have access to the pool and leisure complex within the hotel, which was pleasant to use and had helpful, friendly staff. When we arrived to check in at 3pm our room was not ready. This was an inconvenience as we had arrived at that time so we could do all the things we had planned. We felt that if the hotel could not cope with a check in time of 3pm then it should advertise a later time rather than inconvenience guests." (97580357)
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The room was a little on the small side and the outside was very unattractive.

"The hotel was booked for its proximity to the Wembley Arena. The staff are polite and attentive. Bar prices exorbitant. Room not double glazed and very noisy. Hotel OK for convenience if attending Wembley Stadium or Arena. Did not eat at the hotel so unable to comment on the standard of dining." (97406455)
