Very close to underground. Extremely good value for money. Clean.
Breakfast was bedlam. Better to eat at Mc Donalds round the corner. Room tiny and basic. No lampshade, torn wallpaper, shower was a cupboard

"OK for an early start on Eurostar - we left too early for breakfast, needing to be at check-in for 7.30 am. " (107195425)
Clean bedding. Reception OK once I had paid but frosty until then.
Dark, dated and torn decor, poor exterior view (including beer cans that had been thrown away - by other guests?), shower OK and enough towels but water did not drain away , probably due to blocking with human hair - a simple job.

"Location ideal and cost within our budget." (97840898)
Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Convenient for stations. Breakfast food good, except toast.
Toilet seat broken. Shaver light didn't work.Shower had intermittent results ie. either too hot or cold. Poor light at night, unable to read properly. Breakfast room too cramped and had to wait for table.Orange juice too much diluted, ie. thin and weak.

Room was clean, en-suite with shower. Staff were friendly. Cheap at £50 for a single room. Good location near to King's Cross & St Pancras stations.
Quite noisy. I was on the ground floor near the entrance, so could hear people coming in and out in the night. Also quite a bit of noise from the building behind the hotel. The shower head was a bit broken but still worked. Breakfast was limited - cheap cornflakes, toast and cooked breakfast. Food was cooked, then left out for a while before being replaced by fresh items.

"The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the station. It was vastly overpriced for what we got." (97826873)
Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras for tube etc.
Polish staff didn't speak much or tell us anything. On checking in we were handed a room key and pointed in the general direction of our room. The room was extremely small, we had to climb over the bed to get to the wardrobe. It had the smallest double bed I have ever seen. One of the windows was broken and the glass hadn't been replaced as there was a secondary glazing unit, but this didn't close either. The ensuite was a good enough size. At breakfast again the staff were Polish and rarely spoke. It was a buffet which was very poor. The bacon was cheap bits of bacon, there was also cheap sausages, scrambled or fried eggs. We had to ask for tea and coffee. There was cheap orange squash which was truly awful. There were not enough tables for the guests.

"Concerning hotels London generally is a place with high price for low quality. This hotel is an acceptable deal. A few steps away from St Pancras station, so very convenient if you come by Eurostar. A real English breakfast is included! Staff was correct, the room clean and tea/coffee provided in the room." (97758014)

Clean. Very convenient for Eurostar. Room fairly quiet considering location.

Easily accessible from the Kings Cross Station
The rooms were very small, the toilet and shower were on top of each other, no space at all, the corradors in the hotel were like a maze, I should not like to be in the hotel in the event of a fire.

"The second room given was of a better standard, but all the rooms had the same flaw, due to space savings the toilet door faced the bed, so any smells leaked into the rooms. Perhaps a better indication of the type of rooms available would have been better." (97299173)
The friendly and accomodationg staff
The first room given was very small, and badly designed. The door did not open fully because the bathroom wall was at an angle... The room smelt of a toilet and it was difficult to sleep in

"I feel the the hotel serves a single purpose, for those people who are exploring London and are only going to the hotel to sleep. For that reason my stay was ok, but if I were staying in London for a longer time I wouldn't go back to this hotel. It is cheap which is good, but you get what you pay for. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff friendly. One last piece of advice, take some ear plugs as you other visitors may be noisy!" (97762713)
It's location in the centre of London. Friendliness of the staff in the kitchen at breakfast.
The shower was cold. Other people staying at the hotel were up till early morning, talking loudly and had the TV on a high volume until 4am.
