"I would stay again, staff helpful and friendly. Only a few little things at breakfast could be improved on. Room size was a little small but we only stayed 3 nights so it didn't ruin our stay." (97149787)

An acceptable standard of accommodation which you can expect when staying at a Ramada Jarvis hotel. The choice of a self service English and/or Continental breakfast from the breakfast bar was excellent value.

A little crampt in the rooms but breakfast could be improved in refilling the containers prior to running out, they always seemed to be empty just as I got there. Tables should be laid out correctly, missing the odd knive/fork/teaspoon and plate off the table. Staff should ask you whether tea or coffee when showing to table not leave us to find a waitress. But on saying all this I would stop again.

    "Comfortable and very pleasant" (107277904)

Helpful, pleasant staff. The hotel had a relaxed and welcoming feel. The breakfast was well cooked with a good variety.

The breakfast buffet could be laid out in a less confusing order. Tables were not set up and ready even though it was a busy Sunday morning at 10 a.m. tables were not ready bearing in mind breakfast is served until 12 p.m. Had to attract someones attention to get coffee and never did have any toast.

The location is very good, not far from the tube station.

When we checked out the guy behind the desk didn't even notice that we gave him 2 room cards because I want to pay for 2 rooms at the same time. When I went to the car park I checked the receipt and realised they only charged for 1 room and then I had to go back to the reception desk to tell them. At the time we really in a hurry because we have to be somewhere at certain time. Finally a lady served us and we explain what happened, she apologised but the guy who served us didn't say sorry or anything, he just stood there and listen to our conversation.

A disliked the fact that I had to report for two running days that the shower drain was blocked and the bathroom was getting flooded. I asked for an other room but was told the hotel was fully booked and they had no spare rooms. Finally, on the third day of my stay, the drain was fixed. They never fixed the toilet flush which was making a very loud noise while filling up.

They do a late breakfast on a Sunday until 12pm, which is fantastic if you have been up late the night before. Breakfast service was quick and there was plenty of food choice (buffet style). I believe you could have continental breakfast in your room instead if preferred. Check out was not til 12pm either so hassle free." (97221940)

However I did feel that the service was better on the Sat. On the whole the stay was comfortable and we would visit again" (99025591)

the facilities in the room were good. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom showerhead was very strong and the tap difficult to adjust when under the shower there being a risk of burning from hot water. The noise from the air conditioning ,or whatever it was, came on quite early and we found this disturbing as it awoke us earlier thyen we would have liked

The location of this hotel was very conveniant as its only a short walk from a number of tube stations. The breakfast menu had a good choice and certainly no compliants about the standard of food.

The room was very basic. Some of the staff were quite curt and although the breakfast included in the price was very good the restaurant and room service menus are overpriced.

Only in the morning did they say (when asked) to be told it was a guest smoking in their room. Not amused... over 500 people evacuated because someone was smoking. That someone should be ashamed of themselves. NO smoking means NO smoking. Roll on July 1st." (99915838)

the room was very small and very hot although an electrical fan was provided / evening dinner for 5 was ordered and the orde was not processed through to the kitchen........ the dining room was very very quiet but in spite of us questionning a half an hour wait for the starters...... nothing was done for another 10 minutes.... eventually someone realised what had happened .... we had a round or drinks for our trouble...... it was dissapointing...... the food arrived and was excellent.

"Good value Hotel. Great staff. Great area, near Ealing Common and easy walking distance to shopping areas too. Great range of restaurants nearby. Resident parking was good(secure and many spaces)the cost for parking was good for London standards. We were lucky and stayed at the back of the hotel (not facing the main road) - I imagine it would be wise to request this if possible if you are affected by noise levels. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and would go back to same hotel." (99470711)

Hotel and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was good. Room was clean and well equipped. Hotel has great access to shopping/activities/transport systems (tube, bus, train). Breakfast buffet selection was varied too - english and continental selection was available - fresh fruit, pastries, cereal and hot alternatives.

The room was a bit small and was too warm (fan was available in room though which was handy). We were at the back of the hotel so the noise levels were not too bad.

The hotel fitted the bill perfectly with good parking at a reasonable charge (£4/day for residents) and just a couple of minutes from Ealing Common tube (Piccadilly and District). In addition its only a couple of miles from Hanger Lane for the dash north. The room was a decent size, clean and well equipped. The food I had was good - of the standard you would expect to find at this level and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good hotel and recommended." (99313986)

The Hotel Ramada Jarvis in Ealing London is easy to find an excellent location 5 mins walk from the tube. The hotel had a secure car park which was a big plus for us. At night the surrounding area was very quiet again great for a good nights sleep. The staff were excellent and the hotel facilities and cleanliness also. A great nights stay.A lovely morning welcome and tasty breakfast, Thankyou.

While the hotel is not stunning on entry it is clean, well kept and comfotrtable. Check in was quick and efficient. The room although on the small side was clean and comfortable and well equiped, an iron & board would be helpful but were provided on request. The lighting particularly in the bathroom was not good. The room was not very warm (January)but an extra blanket was delivered within 10 minutes of asking. Room service was quick but some dishes are over priced for what they are." (99019961)

Clean and comfortable rooms, Friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk to the underground station. Prompt room service.

The room was a bit small but fine considering the price. The lighting ,particularly in the bathroom is not good and I found the room to be cold although a blanket was bought for me when requested.
