    "This is a decievingly good hotel. There is a scarcity of restaurants in the area, so an evening meal might seem to be a problem, but not so. It has a great little restaurant which can provide a good evening meal for a very sensible price. Off road parking is also a great benefit as the surrounding area is 'pay and display'. As the literature states it is easy to find coming into Le Havre from the motorways." (97329462)

    "The hotel was clearly designed for solo business travellers. My main complaint was the size of the room - far too small for comfort, and the bathroom was also very cramped." (2693018)

    "The hotel (which is situated on an extremely noisy main road) is really very shabby. The carpets are thin and old; there were even some tears on the stair carpet, which must be a health & safety hazard. The elevator is very old. In general the hotel is simply shabby and tired. That said, I don't think it was unclean. The sheets were starched and pristine, the shower worked ok (though not the shower screen) and there is a TV in each room. And the owner really was exceptionally helpful. If your priority is a quick, cheap stopover near the port then it might do the job. But for us, on our return trip, the Ibis nearby was worth the extra £10 per night." (2675269)

    The owner was extremely friendly and helpful

    General decor and presentation. The hotel is extremely shabby and badly in need of refurbishment.

    "The hotel was clean and economical however, the performance of the restaurant staff was below the standard for any hotel." (2570035)

    Accommodation was clean, basic and economical

    The restaurant was appaling. Staff were untrained and food preparation was abysmal. Staff forgot we had ordered a main course and were pushing us to order coffee. Meal whan delivered was appaling.

    Very convenient for the ferry-port - our boat arrived at 23:00

    "Overall not a very good experience, when checking in, I was advised my booking was cancelled,which was not, the staff did sort me out a room but were very unhelpful and misarble. Security was very poor at night, with locals being allowed to enter the reception and bar area. Staff very unhelpful when checking out and couldn't smile! Everything seemed to be a hassle for them! In all if I knew the staff were that bad prior to booking, I would of gone elsewhere! Definatley will not recommend to anybody!!!!!!!!!!" (2239002)

    "The hotel staff were not at all helpful. My young son tried to play pool and the table wouldn't release the balls. After twenty minutes of key searching the staff begrudgingly returned his money. The bathroom was generally untidy. The shower head would not stay in position and the shower screen swung violently when operated." (2131274)

    Very good staff.Friendly,with a smile.Reasonably comfortable bed. Hard. Very clean.Good position , close to port. Found very easily.

    "Booking in was a smooth formality. polite staff - very helpful. I would have liked to have known that parking was available - no big problem however - I just parked in the street outside the hotel. I was delighted to discover that the hotel was very close to the P&O Ferry Terminal. Worth stressing this fact. This was a very big plus for me - reduced travelling/driving time after arrival in France.." (1304449)

    "Je suis très décue de l'Ibis notamment par rapport à la facturation en + de 2 petits déjeuners + la qualité des prestations petits-déjeuners . En outre, l'accueil sans être désagréable n'était pas des plus avenant et chalheureux. J'avais l'habitude de me rendre systématiquement lors de mes nombreux déplacements dans cette chaine d'hotel et je dois dire que c'est la première fois que j'ai eu ces désagréments et déception quant à la confiance que j'accorde assez facilement dans les Ibis."     Centralité de l'hotel

    Le petit déjeuner facturé 7 euros alors même qu'il n'y avait quasiment plus rien à déjeuner (plus de viennoiseries, ni de fruits ou laitages, juste quelques tranches de pain)! + facturation de 2 petits déjeuners que nous n'avons pas pris le jour de notre départ. Mais, je n'ai pas vérifié la facture avant de payer...hélas !

    Petit déjeuner varié. les chambres sont agréables, calmes, la déco est récente. Le parking près de l'hôtel :en semaine 1 euro la demi journée, ce qui est peu cher, gratuit we. Proprété de l'ensemble.

    petit déjeuner avec salé mais froid, grille pain capricieux et céréales au chocolat sèches. On regrettera que le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais dans un hôtel fréquenté par des touristes de tous pays. Attention à la situation : près du port mais la voiture est conseillé pr aller au centre ville ou à la plage.Les savons et gel donnés ne le sont que pour une personne. Portes avec système de carte ( pratique) mais bruyantes.
