Check-in. Room was made available to us even though we were early. Staff's customer service excellent. Room although a bit small decor very appealing liked the design of bathroom.

Refurbishment has catapaulted the hotel up in my estimation and it can hold its own with many much higher regarded hotels in Glasgow, most of which I stay in during the course of a year.

It was easy to find, easy to park and provided exactly what we had booked. It did 'what it said on the tin' so to speak.
It was fine for a 'transit' stay...it does not profess to be a hotel for views and enjoyment, so there was nothing to dislike.

"Wording of location of hotel with regards to Glasgow Airport terminals a little misleading. It states that access is by a 'covered walkway'. This is strictly true but it makes the reader assume that the hotel is linked to the terminal building. The walkway is a semi-covered path between the hire car lot and some office buildings, with 2 small access roads to cross. You still have to go outside and could get wet if it was raining heavily." The proximity to the airport, the early availability of breakfast and the quiet clean well-equipped room.

Close to airport.
Building work being done, so only a replacement bar. Feeble breakfast. Would have preferred a lower price while building work was on.

"I knew what to expect because I stayed at this motel once before when you first opened. Because of the convenience to the airport it was ideal for my wants. It meant I didn't have to get a cab or worry about getting to the airport early enough. You are very well placed." (97337456)
It was quiet. The people at the registration desk were pleasant and friendly
I didn't especially care for my dinner. But perhaps I just made a bad choice.

Perfectly comfortable room with all the amenities for an overnight stay.
Entry to car park was confusing especially if you are being dropped off by friends who want to come in with you - the sign about taking ticket to open the barrier and then getting a token to leave should be clearer/bigger.

"Check in was easy and painless. Car parking was easy. Room was comfortable. All linen was clean and fresh. Althogh staying in a designated smoking room there was absolutely no smell of residual smoke. Breakfast ( continental ) was excellent and checkout was easy." (99779276)
The availability of a designated smoking room was excellent and overall the stay with the hotel was uneventfull which is exactly how it should be.

"Excellent location - just a few minutes walk from checking out of the hotel to check-in at Glasgow International, via covered walkway. Substantial buffet breakfast available from 4am ties in well with early check-in. Very clever design of en-suite door enabling toilet to be shut off and used whilst other person is in the shower. It was quiet in the rooms in spite of its proximity to the airport. Being able to take buffet breakfast from 4am.

"Slight gripe, but having failed to get a meal at the airport at 9:00 pm I went back to eat at the hotel. That restaurant closes at 9:00 too. It does seem early. Checkin staff fine. Breakfast from 4:00 am a boon for those of us with early flights. Checkin commented that I had got a great rate." (99361022)

"As it it close to the airport guests dont seem to care about other guests. When we complained about children running unsupervised in the corridors we were asked if we had an early flight to catch." (99637247)
That breakfast was included and the room was non smoking
20 children runnig about unsupervised in the corridors until well after midnight. The hotel staff did not seem to care about ours and the other guests who complained welfare. An extra five pounds per night to park your car from the last time we stayed at this hotel.

"The hotel served the purpose excellently. It is a pity that wheeling the trolley from the airport is so difficult but this is not the fault of the hotel. There are humps and bumps and badly maintained pathways - the stippling for those with sight problems is excellent for them but a pain for everyone else. The availability and standard of the breakfast is very good. More discipline is required in dealing with selfish customers who bring trolleys into the dining room. There was a distinct shortage of staff on the Sunday night with the girls trying to cope (quite well) in the bar, on reception and in the restaurant." (99139805)

The room was clean/tidy and very comfortable. The room temperature was easily controlled and the near proximity to Glasow Airport did NOT produce the airtraffic noise we had thought may disturb us.

Close to airport and only mintues away form city centre by cab..but staff were very quick to check us in and that was great because afeter travelling it was good not to wait around...
Our pull out couch was broken so we just put the cushions on the floor to sleep...

"I asked for a twin room and it was a double bed all be it a large one and as I said before a bath would have been nice but as it was only for an overnight stay at the airport before an early morning flight it was adequate enough for our purposes." (3304260895)

Restaurant service was a bit odd. We ordered and got drinks at the desk then food was brought out. No table service, except to bring food out. Brewed coffee in the room would have been nice.
