    "Very good" (97093377)

A good place to stay.Given a key to main door so you can come and go as you please. Lovely outlook over parkland.

Take soap only liquid available. Road noise a little disturbing , but I live in a very quiet place no road noise at all.

Beds very comfortable, room spacious, and very clean. Easy to find and parking available on site. Stayed overnight for concert, great location and easy access to travel. WE enjoyed our stay.

No heating in rooms on arrival, cold in november, although heaters are provided and the room heated fairly quickly. Only one small problem, the front door banged constantly throughout the early morning making it difficult to have a lie in. If you are an early riser then no problem.

The situation was ideal for us

Although the breakfast didn't start until 7:30 but it was fine and well prepared. We did have trouble speaking with our waitress as she was friendly, but didn't understand English very well.

Lack of support from staff when faced with a situation that could use a little attention.

we were upgraded from a triple to an apartment at no extra charge and it was brilliant. The hotel is in an excellent location: quiet, but in an interesting, attractive area with good access to the town centre.

breakfast was a bit early for a weekend.

The size and comfort of the room.

Television was not in working order. Shower head was broken. Breakfast (included in rate) not provided early enough (Had to leave for airport prior to 0830 beginning of breakfast.

The cleanest hotel ever! Cozy room, friendly, helpful staff, great location... a very nice experience!

The shower-room wasn't the best, we could do with a power-shower of piping hot water on such a cold day.

Not a lot, except the location was convenient also hotel was quiet.

Just a glorified B&B, No evening meals available which meant having to go hunting. Had booked and paid for a double room and had requested a double bed but got a twin room instead with two single beds. Also did not like the fact that payment was taken from you before you have even seen the room.

"The direction instructions could have been a little clearer. It was not clear that you were to turn right actually at the Botanic gardens but seemed to indicate that you turned at the next turning. A little clearer and we would have had no trouble finding the hotel. The room was small but very clean and functional. Breakfast in the morning was very good and overall we had a good experience and would return again if we had to have an overnight stay in Glasgow." (3304454509)

The availability of the fridge in the room was a big help as we were able to chill juices etc for our journey home.

We live out in the country so the traffic noise seemed very loud to us. We appreciate that someone used to city life would probably not notice it

Excellent base that I would use again. There were also plenty of eating places in the area." (3304651813)
