    "I have stayed at this hotel about six times over the years, and this was the first time I wasn't totally impressed. I ordered a double room and was given a twin room, and the televisions are big and should be replaced with plazma screens." (107184604)

    "The member of staff who checked us in was very patronising when explaining things that he completely failed to mention. The room was clean and the bathroom contained both a shower and bath. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It had a nice bar too!!" (97043378)

    room too small. very limited choice of beverages, only two tea bags, no decent coffee no fruit tea or chocolate.

    "Although the hotel has general Internet Access via the hotel LAN, it doesn't have Wi-Fi Internet Access - which is my preference for ease of use/set up. Apart from that, I thought the hotel overall was very good. The service was excellent - nice friendly people. Restaurant is good value for money with good food and menu selection options(plus probably the best Full English Breakfast I have had at a hotel). Overall I liked the whole experience - good ambience - good service - suitable for both business stays and for tourists/leisure stays." (97409725)

    Nice light bright clean hotel. Very convenient if you need to stay around the Vicrotia Station area and theatres located around there.

    The hotel was clean comfortable and stylish, we would definitely stay again.

    "Overall the hotel was fit for purpose-I was there for a conference.It was however a rather impersonable place with no character and wouldn't be somewhere i would stay if i was visiting London for pleasure." (3305502190)

    The room was large and airy

    the breakfast was canteen like.for the cost of the room i feel the breakfast could have been better presented and a more comfrotable experience.The executive suite was more relaxing but our card didn'y swipe the second morning.I also felt the choice was limited and i much prefer a cooked breakfast to order than food which is being kept hot on a buffet when it ends up swimming in fat.

    "We were very happy with the accomodation and service. One odd point is that the hotel's address is given as Vauxhall Bridge Road, but the entrance door is actually in Wilton Road. We arrived as pedestrians, forunately from the Wilton Road side, otherwise we would have had an unnecessary round the block walk to the entrance." (3305134184)

    Large room, by London standards. Good quality fittings etc.

    Shower controls unlabelled and confusing. No teletext on TV. I think that the bedside light switches were wired to the wrong lights (Room 635).

    "We chose the Victoria Park Plaza for our last night in London before returning from a whirl-wind two week wedding trip to the UK and continent. Everything about the hotel was clean, modern and efficient. It made a nice transition from Old Europe back to the real world. The proximity to Victoria Station made getting back to Gatwick on time a breeze. Please note that food prices at the hotel were ridiculous (twenty-seven bucks each for juice, coffee and rolls?) I think not!! But that doesn't reflect a lack of or poor service on the part of the hotel, just that we were smart enough to walk up the street and get a complete breakfast for a fraction of that. The hotel was roomy and very clean, everything worked well and we got a very nice sleep on our last night in London." (3304467118)

    "The hotel is very central to Victoria Station and Tube station. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.Facilities in the hotel are good, such as the Cafe. Food in the restuarant was very good. The cost of the room did not include breakfast, I did not realise this at the time of booking." (3304328670)

    "I have stayed at the hotel a number of times in the past and compared to my initial stay I get the impression that the finer and personal touches are being neglected slightly. I have previously had complimentary bottled water in the room on arrival and there was none there this time. The canapes in the executive lounge were more impressive on previous visits. There was no assistance in the gym and the sauna was not functioning. The room was clean but the toilet was smelly. Attention to small details is a major reason why I would return to a hotel multiple times. Apart from this I have not stayed at a better hotel in London!" (1714169)

    "My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. Although we had to wait a while for our room to be tidied at the beginning, everything else was fine. As mentioned above we had difficulty heating the room up, as it was a little cold. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Everything about the room was fine and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was brought up to us the next morning by a nice gentleman and overall we had a great time." (1769546)

    "Enjoyed stay. Hotel has a luxury stay. Would recommend Executive suite with free use of lounge where you can get free snacks and drinks. Drinks and food are quite expensive to purchase-So it soon works out cheaper that way if you intend to drink at the hotel." (1691374)

    "the hotel is so convenient being so close to Victoria station, yet it wasn't noisy or bustling like i feared it might be. i felt very welcome, and also safe, which is important for a woman travelling on her own. Service was prompt and helpful, and the hotel's own restaurant served excellant food in a nice setting. the rooms are well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. i just wish i could have shared it with my husband!"     "I booked an Executive Room having understood that it includes a lounge with snack service in the afternoon and evenings (6-8pm). Came at 6:30pm, there were virtually no snacks and very few drinks. Stayed there for 40 minutes - no renewal of anything. Next morning at breakfast, staff started clearing the buffet 10 minutes before the official end time, and we could not have a full breakfast. Questions to staff where answered by I do not know, I am new here..." (1500094)

    it was really nice and cool place and the service was very good and i enjoyed my stay ,it was good value for money.

    main reception was often unable to attend the call from room or when my family was trying to contact me by phone they were struggling.

    "Le rapport qualité/prix est décevant. Le prix de la chambre est excessif par rapport à la qualité moyenne de la chambre (décoration inexistante, petite télévision avec peu de chaînes...). Seule la salle de bain était appréciable." (3304985288)

    bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner

    la décoration de la chambre qui est terne, triste... Le manque de chaîne pour la télévision, certaines d'entres elles avaient une mauvaise image.
