    "I was delighted to be able to book online which was a first for me and very successful. Everthing was satisfactory, nice food and very plentiful portions in dining room......just felt foreign waitress needed a little more training with approaching diners for orders and presentation of menu though she was efficient and had good English. The hotel was so child friendly it was lovely to see even though my children are older now..atmosphere was very nice and warm. I should have realised there was gym facilities but I did not bring gear. Overall we had a lovely stay en route to visit young son in Gaeltacht. Thank you. Ps The irish male waiter in dining room was excellent on Saturday evening and Sunday morn." (97888066)

    When they say that they have a special event week end package and it is far more expensive than a standard week end package it should include more than just a tiny box of chocks and a two glass bottle of champs. The extra cost involved isn't worth the money and leaves one feeling ripped off. You could have bought flowers, large box of choks better meal etc. with the extra money over a standard week end package,which was also available if required. It spoiled an otherwise

    "To be quite honest it was not a good stay as we were also woken up at 8.30am with banging coming from another room. Which we found out was workman." (97581343)

    When informing the receptionist (Jakub) that the public toilets were very dirty. He did something about it straight away.

    When we were booking in the woman receptionist was dealing with us. When a woman came in and began talking to Jakub the other receptionist regarding sponsorship. The receptionist who was dealing with us left us and went to deal with this woman. She may have apologised but we were the customer and we felt rejected.

    "Very good value for money hotel. genuine and friendly staff. great buzz in the bar. restaurant is ok for breakfast, and fine for evening meals. i would recommend the leisure centre as it was quiet and relaxing." (3304602292)

    very happy with the leisure centre, and bar.

    check in was poor standard regarding booking. the restaurant really needs a breakfast manager and a new modern breakfast menu. double bed seemed smaller than usual. Children in the bar after 9am

    The staff were very friendly and informative, room was very clean and was pleased to see an omniplex and leuireplex right acrooss the way!

    The entrance sign to car park was very small went around in circles before we found it.

    "I feel the information I recieved on the internet proir to my booking was sufficient and I along with my family had a great time. We were very happy with the accommodation and all of the staff at the hotel. If you plan to take a family break in Galway with the children The Quality Hotel is a nice place to stay, however if you do not plan to take the children it might be wise to stay in a sister hotel if there is one."     family rooms were a good size and tea making facilities were great.Towels were changed daily.

    The area for bar food was small for the amount of people staying at the hotel,but I must say the staff working in this area were great and were very friendly a credit to your hotel.

    "In asking the question what would I like to have known before I booked the accomodation I can not think of anything else I would have wanted to know as all information was available on the Hotel web site and other internet sites which I had checked prior to booking. This meant I was fairly happy heading off to stay and had a good idea of the location in which the Hotel was situated. I suppose to save time it might have been helpful to have a local whats on for the area/County during the period of staying but as I have said this was available with a little bit of research prior to booking."     Very relaxing, staff were very pleasant, family friendly, close to city but still far enough out of city to be away from hustle and bustle of city life.

    was very happy with stay and did not see anything which needed improving.

    Leisure Facilities

    Breakfast was very basic and not very hot. There was alot of noise during the night on both nights of our stay. It would have been good to be told of building works been carried out adjacent to the hotel before we booked.

    the hotel was excellent, breakfast, dinner was lovely, the staff were very helpful

    only bad thing was the building site beside the hotel, tryed to move rooms but there were no family room at other side of building.

    "We were delighted that the cinema and leisure plex was accross the road." (2550112)

    it was clean comfortable with a good feeling to it. it was also fairly dark in the morning so you could sleep a little later.

    We wanted breakfast after our swim but it finished at 11am so a later breakfast would be better.
