    "An excellent bed and breakfast accommodation, the standard of room was far superior to some hotels we have stayed in. I would not hesitate in recommending this bed and breakfast," (97109485)

    The room was fantastic, large and spacious even with a sofa in to sit and relax, unusual for a bed and breakfast.

    We were made to feel so welcome, it was a pleasure to arrive!! Everything was good and the children were welcome too. All bathroom facilities were brand new, no mould on tiles etc!

    Delightful landlady, facilities as anticipated, hire car assistance from hostess most helpful.

    Cost at £60 put the venue very much at the top end of budget hotel/guest houses for the area. However, we would use the facility again.

    "Me and my wife had a great stay at this bed and breakfast and would also be interested in going to there cottage next with some other friends! We had a very peaceful and rejuvenating time here and would recommend it to anyone!!!" (97800707)

    Very nice exterior and also like the old fashion interior design.

    The only problem was there was a problem with the toilet cistern leaking a bit- that's the only thing. Everything else was ace-okay!

    "I stayed only one night, with my teenage son. We came for a family funeral so were not on a leisure trip, but I would be happy to revisit both the hotel and the area under different circumstances. We were made very welcome, there was plenty of hot water and a really good breakfast" (97716406)

Breakfast is still the nicest we have had in any hotel as it is all cooked fresh and good quality ingredients. Value is excellent and we would certainly stay there again.     public rooms very nice, entrance hall staircase etc very welcoming. Room spotlessly clean. Staff were outstanding.

    the staff were friendly but not obtrusive, and really cared that i was enjoying my stay. food was great and plentiful. room was a little dated but clean. a lovely place which i would happily visit again

    "A little bit dirty and the bed covers had stains on them. You couldn't move in the bed without them making a lot of noise as the headboards were loose. There was very little room to put any stuff and only 1 small shelf in the bathroom which was slanted and pointing towards the toilet, so anything you put on it would end up in the toliet. The toilet seat is very old and looks very dirty. The carpet could do with changing too. There wasn't anything I could say was good about the room, but the owners / staff were very helpful and nice which made the stay more pleasant." (97735388)

    Nice, large size bedroom. Good breakfast. Helpful & friendly staff. Situated in a nice, quiet street.

    No dressing table in our room. The wardrobe, although adequate, was a bit old fashioned.

    "Have stayed on a number of occasions at this hotel. The breakfast is very good and cooked as required. There is always fresh fruit available and I am intolerant to caffeine and there is decaffeinated tea and coffee available, normally you are only offered coffee. The rooms are spacious and very clean and tidy. Some guest houses/hotels have a tired decor but this certainly does not. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Colwyn Bay. The location is very quiet but central to Colwyn Bay, Rhoss On Sea and Llandudno." (99450160)

    Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and do try to book in when visiting relatives in Wales. The hotel is very central to my requirments and is extremely clean and very well presented. The staff and owner and welcoming and very polite.

    Very friendly, home from home. Breakfast very enjoyable and plenty.

    Only downside with whole weekend was the shower was not great. Had to shower with cold water on last morning, but do not let this put you off.
