    "Well I have contacted the hotel about an item of clothing that has been left in the room , however they have apparently not found it, I know this item was definately left in the room and it is quite an expensive item, not too happy about this!! Apart from this the hotel is in a perfect location and is clean and tidy." (97490667)

    "stayed at hotel for 3 nights it was nice to have a late night drink at the bar after a night on the town. My son owns the hammers bar in east ham and i would recommend this hotle" (97880886)

    "We arrived early and very friendly efficient member of staff checked whether rooms were available, they were, great, no hanging around! Car parking at hotel a bonus - very reasonable charge. Very impressed with security measures in place - room card needed to work lift - great idea! Bedroom as described - very satisfied with all aspects of same. Bar good - few comfortable seats in that area - continental breakfast included in price - very good choice as continental breakfasts go - absolutely no complaints and consider hotel excellent value."     lay out of room vey good, bathroom design excellent,giving option of separate toilet, air conditioning, sofa bed if required sky television clean and comfortable - excellent value.

    The room we were allocated was filthy, as it had not been cleaned prior to the previous person even though we did not arrive until 9.30pm

    We had to ring reception and change rooms. The second room was fine and the staff that dealt with the situation were great but still this is not what I expected from your group

    everything was clean and nicely presented

    there was not a lot of light and we were awoken by lots of kids running up and down the corridor the following morning, the rooms were not very sound proof. the staff didn't really seem all that interested or friendly to me, almost like we were annoying them turning up.

    "The evening meal was very poor and expensive for what I got.I had a fish pie which was meant to contain a mixture of fish,but ended up being tuna based only!!!!!!!!!Bland and tasteless. Was hoping dessert was going to be an improvement as I ordered a selection of icecream but was even further disappointed as it turned out to be 3 scoops of yellow coloured icecream that tasted horribly vanilla with ice particles.I was sorry I didn't order from outside like the majority of customers did.Unfortunately I realised this later.I pottered across the road and bought junk food to satisfy my hunger instead.     "I have to be quite honest in stating that I have rarely stayed in a worse environment, and to top it all I had to pay an extra £7.00 to securely park my car!! At the hotel!! On commenting to staff that our room only contained one towel for two guests, their arrogance was rude in the extreme. For a fairly new premises, the room was quite disgusting, and I have to question if indeed it had been serviced prior to our arrival. I would think twice before using this hotel chain again."     Absolutely nothing

    Everything. The room was not clean (urine on the bathroom floor near the toilet). There was only one (1) towel provided for two guests, as there was only two (2) teabags and 0ne (1) sugar on the complimentary tea tray. It was impossible to see out of the window, as it was so dirty.

    luogo non rumoroso, standard complessivo ottimo e personale gentile e disponibile; molto buono il buffet della prima colazione.

    niente, anche se Stratford non si trova proprio al centro di Londra per chi deve fare il turista; comunque con la metropolitana si arriva al centro in poco tempo.

    Accommodation was very clean and suited the purpose of my stay.

    Staff could have been a bit more clued up about how to get to the starting points of the London Marathon and which tube/train was best to use. But then maybe I should not assume their local knowledge.

    Quiet and clean enviroment

    Staff at the reception were to busy to attend to us. We had to wait a lot of time to service at th pub.Cleaning in rooms should be extended to afernoon so as to allow those who come from night functions enough time to rest in the morning.

I was very impressed with the room as it was very clean, bright and modern. We went to see Jagged Edge at the Rex and it was only a five minute walk away which was good.     the bed where not change in nights at all The heathing did not work blowing cold air out ( it was reported and we where suppiled with a Heater but who what a small heater in there room Also its was reported about the sink blocking but again nothing done so geting a wash and cleaning was not nice the room was 617 i am back in london from Tueday for 2 nights but will find somwhere

    "A good clean comfortable hotel. Short walk to Stratford centre. Limited bar food menu but will allow food to be brought in from local takeaways (and will supply crocks & cutlery). Unbeatable water pressure in shower (with the head on a narrow jet it could almost take your skin off!)" (2294705)

    "Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie S-Bahn- / Busbahnhof Transfermöglichkeiten vom / zum Flughafen Standsted könnte noch besser in der Hotelbeschreibung hervorgehoben werden. Das Hotel nur liegt ca. 300m vom S-Bahn Bahnhof Stratford entfernt. Der Bahnhof wird auch einer Buslinie vom Flughafen Stansted angefahren (Fahrzeit ca. 45Min.). Familienzimmer sind für größere Kinder leider sehr klein. Besser wäre ein günstiges Angebot für zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür für Familien mit Kindern die älter als 13 Jahre sind." (2296045)
