"étant donné que je connaissais la formule et que j'en avais venté les points positifs à une amie qui m'accompagnait, nous avons été déçues par l'accueil, 1°personne à la reception,(il était 20h) et ensuite un manque total de sympathie de la part de la receptionniste à la limite du désagréable. dommage pour la vitrine des citadines de cannes" (3304770703)
connaissant les citadines paris st germain et nice promenade j'ai été très étonnée de ne pas trouver de micro ondes

on ne nous a pas proposé le parking gratuit l'accueil a été glacial, cela fait pourtant 2 fois que nous revenons dans le même hôtel
les appartements pour 4 sont ttrès petits, manque de luminosité fenêtres étroites : déconseillés au claustrophobe

"The hotel did the job and ticked all our boxes" (97466678)
The hotel was very well situated and the facilities in the room were better than expected. The room was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage space and even a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Chip on the sink in kitchen, and a bit of a mixup over the first nights parking. Car park was very tight and spaces not marked out as well as they could be. Reception hours were a bit restrictive - there didn't seem to be anyone on site after 8pm and other guests were prone to leaving the inner security door open so that anyone could wander in off the street.
