"generally, I do not stay in the hotels which tried to cheat me, but it is good quality for the money I've ultimately paid" (107223049)

    very good location

During the check-in I had to provide the same information I've already provided over the internet the bill I've received was higher than on the booking form hopefully it was rectified, but it has left not the best impression no bacon and eggs available

"My girlfriend and i went to see the Foo Fighter's in Wembley had a great evening with a lovely room to go back to after the gig. Our Hotel Highlight was bumping into a legendary boxer also staying at the hotel. Thank you!" (97766492)

Our room was clean, tidy and very cosy.

Unable to park in car park.

    Clean, convenient (very local)

A bit too much noise (corridor & bus stop outside window)

  • 8/10 Anonymous ( Group of work colleagues)

    on  June 26, 2007

Hotel very clean. Excellent location for business visit at Park Royal, competitively priced.

Lack of dining space. Had to wait for table to become available for breakfast (8am)

  • 10/10 Lisa ( Group of adult friends)

from Chesterfield , GB  on  June 21, 2007

Very handy from the train station. The shower/toilet were very nice and clean, shower very powerful - like that! An overall very tidy hotel.

Fancied a fry-up breakfast in the morning.

"Details of hotel could have been clearer regarding location. I had looked up hotels close to Wembley - whilst it was close, it was not walking distance. However, hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Well located for trains which was added advantage." (99279003)

Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent price.

Was not as close to Wembley as website led us to believe. However, it was only about 15mins in a taxi and hotel arranged taxi for us.

  • 10/10 Jason ( Solo leisure traveller)

from Stratford upon avon , GB  on  June 20, 2007

very well presented & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good location just off the A40, reasonably good continental breakfast, very good value for money

  • 6/10 Anonymous ( Young couple)

proximity to tube station, friendliness of staff, speed of breakfast arrangements

no food available during day until 6pm, limited parking, uncomfortable bed, no kettle in room!

"Overall view of Hotel was good it was clean and staff friendly, good location literally 2mins from tube.Only negative was the bed as it was a small double would of liked a king size!!" (99088427)

All the mod cons in the room, hairdryer, air con,tv,etc

The bed was small for a double and not very comfortable.

  • 8/10 Kathleen ( Other)

    from Stoke-on-trent , GB  on  June 14, 2007

"Generally very good. Our only disappointment was that when ringing to confirm our booking on the eve of our visit, the hotel receptionist could not confirm our reservation as the booking confirmation number in our email could not be matched to the hotel's system. Again when checking in the receptionist could not initially find our reservation and we were kept waiting longer than we would have liked after a long journey. However, this was only a minor issue, the good clean room and good location made it a pleasant one night stay." (99932989)

Very clean, well laid out room with everything functioning as it should. Continental breakfast and dining area were good and close proximity to the train station was most convenient.

Very little to dislike - but being picky we would have liked more than one tea bag each in our room when checking in.

  • 5/10 Paul ( Young couple)

from Beverley , GB  on  June 13, 2007

"Limited car parking was available at a cost of £10 for a permit, but if you moved your car your space was not kept and upon return cars were double parked blocking other cars, but every car had been sold a permit." (99599046)

    Clean and comfortable

Staff could not cope with amount of guests at breakfast, not enough tables and chairs, cups, glasses and cutlery, breakfast items were running out all the time.

  • 8/10 Paul ( Other)

Convenient to public transport and motorway access.Friendly & accommodating staff.Breakfast facilities

Nothing. Would perhaps have used lunch/evening meal facilities had they been available.

location was not as i wanted plus next to railway and trains did not stop till past 2am, so my family did not get much sleep, would not stay there again

"I have stayed at this accommodation on several occasions now and find the staff very helpful indeed. The rooms are clean and comfortable though the shower rooms are slightly small and it would have been nice to have the use of a bath. Nevertheless I have always enjoyed my stay here." (99971764)

The accommodation was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like the room facing the railway lines as this was a bit noisy. Would have liked to relax in a bath on an evening instead of a shower.

  • 9/10 Anonymous ( Solo leisure traveller)

The room was extremely clean and tidy and very well maintained.

Just a small hole in the wall but that was minor.

"Overall a very pleasant and effortless experience. Our only regret is that we weren't informed that our room was situated in a smoking area, even though our booking was for a non smoking area." (99503297)

Pleasant and moderately priced. Welcoming, clean and tidy

The fact that it was situated in a smoking area and that bed the linen was laden or thick with cigarette odour

  • 10/10 Emma ( Group of work colleagues)

"There is parking but it is £10 per night." (99028512)

Excellent Value for Money. Room was lovely, clean and tidy and staff were friendly. It is very close to the tube.

If you are searching for the hotel using Sat Nav, use the Post Code or search under Acton. If you look at Ealing it will take you to the wrong Victoria Road.

"I would like to have known how far the hotel was from the Park Royal tube station - the name of the hotel is a misonmer as in travelling time it took roughly an hour to get to the hotel from that tube station - whether changing three lines to get from pioadilly line to district, or trying to get a taxi at park royal to get to Victoria Road - I would recommend the hotel if people needed one in North Acton - not for park royal" (99002313)

clean comfortable room, in room tea and coffee, access to broadband, complimentary continental breakfast, fruit available

restauarant facilities and menu very limites

"When checking out the member of staff broke off mid transaction to take a phone call. This call lasted for a very long time and I was left just standing there waiting for my receipt. This is very rude, and I am concerned that the staff are trained to take phone calls in preference to dealing with a customer who is standing in front of them." (99201112)

    Clean, close to Wembley Arena.

The rail track that ran adjacent to the hotel.

    Very clean and tastefully decorated.

"The only negative comment is regarding the lack of parking spaces, there are only about12 spaces for the whole hotel so be prepared to park on the road around 1/2 a mile away. One advantage of this hotel is it is right next door to the tube station so it's very easy to get to the City centre." (3305167335)

    nothing

  • 7/10 Paul ( Mature couple)

from Downham market , United Kingdom;GB  on  July 7, 2006

"Although it was a nice place overall, it was not in the right place, per se. The facility is very near to a tube station, which is good, and right across the street from the BBC building in Acton, but other than that it is in an industrial area with urine on the sidewalks and streetwalkers galore. I dare not park my motor on the street there, so I put it at another hotel about a half mile away. The parking behind this facility is inadequate with only a few stalls. The room was very small, but modern and nice as well. There was a breakfast buffet that seemed adequate for our needs before hitting the road in the morning. Out of a scale of ten, I'd give this place a solid four." (3304942534)

    New building with modern facilities.

In an industrial park, no restaurants nearby. Not enough towels in room for the two of us to shower twice each. There3 was not any parking available. I had to park at another hotel about a half mile away. I should have stayed there.

Booking online was easy and we were very pleased with the online discount. Overall well done to the hotel!" (3304343985)

Clean and comfortable, good bed, the sound proofing for outside traffic was very good

Perhaps some cold meat with breakfast

Normally stay in Docklands.Restaurant needs to stay open longer than 10pm,especially for people who arrive later in the evening.Staff manners needs to improve ,I may be only a builder but I still pay the same money as everybody else" (3304293144)

It was very clean & what we wanted

We like the size of the bed, it was very comfortable, and it was the best sleep i have had in a long time. The shower was excellent, it was very spacious, and very relaxing with the power shower option.

The breakfast, would been better, if included a full english

very modern and friendly hotel, although its located right next to the train station it was very noise free.

quite small restraunt area, limited choice of meals available, and not much else in vicinity, but we were allowed to send for a takeaway.

It was clean and efficient and the the staff were friendly and it was perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The directions to the hotel were not adequate and all members of our party had great difficulty finding the hotel in those last few hundred meters. The mattress was rather hard.

"I picked this on its location, I regularly work at Ealing and wanted to be near the tube, this is excellent for North Acton Station. I think the surrounding area looked a bit grotty in the dark and could be better lit. The little off shop nearby was useful but again could have been better lit. The public areas are basic but smart and tidy. The breakfast was very satisfactory. I didn't have evening meal but the range looked a bit limited, however you could go into Ealing in two stops for a larger range of eateries. I thought the room was good, warm enough with adjustable heating. Good bathroom which was in good order and repair. Mirror was good sized and had power point nearby (not all hotels consider the needs of women needing to style hair). I would definitely stay again, and considered it value for money." (1887013)

Nice and clean good shower located near public transport links
