"My husband and I found the staff at the front desk rude and unhelpful and not very friendly. We have stayed at this hotel a few times before and never had this problem." (99991282)

Accommodation was perfect room very clean and tidy

    Quality of service and accomodation

The fact that breakfast was not included in the price

"Anyone would enjoy staying at this hotel, the service is friendly, hotel is spotless and the food was very good. My wife and I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel if we were in the Limerick area again." (3305012326)

    Friendly welcoming athmosphere, good food

    Nothing

"The hotel was reasonably comfortable - we ate in most evenings, which was as well as at least two of the dishes on the (rather grubby) menus were not available each evening - that said the food we did get was very nice. It was noteworthy that over the 5 nights that we stayed at the hotel a dropped biscuit lay on the carpet of the stairs for the entire period. This must have been visible to the staff who used that staircase but no effort appeared to be made to remove it." (3304631209)

    Spacious room

Rather impersonal hotel, although staff were friendly

    from Glossop , United Kingdom;GB  on  February 7, 2006

"My room was very odd. The bedroom was between the bathroom and the sitting room but with no doors between. Most of the hotel was closed - low season? This was a very large hotel but I got the feeling it had seen better days." (3304139786)

Well equipped gym but without any staff

There were not many facilities open.

"The hotel was in an excellent location for my conference." (2964946)

The staff were very friendly and the food in the Cream Room was very nice

I think the hotel could improve on the heating. I felt that the room was quite cold & while I was having my meal in the Cream Room it was also quite cold
