    "A decent hotel in the town centre and a good base for business. The town of Trento did not appear to be on the main tourist trail, however. Trento's one way system is also a bit of a challenge, even with Sat-Nav! Room was disappointing for the rate paid, when compared to that of a colleague on the same rate. Staff at hotel unable to explain the difference and provide a better quality room. Room was clean and functional: large, but with only a tiny shower (colleague's room had a bath!) It did, however, have a balcony with a pleasant view of the mountains. Policy re the car park was a bit vague, had to park a good 5 minutes walk away on the first night. Dined at the hotel one night: food and wine were both good. Restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere but the bar was a bit sterile. A restaurant in town recommended by the staff was also good. Overall, would consider coming back for a business stay." (99750360)

    Two de luxe rooms booked at same rate: staff unable to explain why my room was of inferior quality to my colleagues; lack of clarity re parking facilities.

    "The hotel was located very close to the historical center of the town, near a park. Our room was located in the 4th floor, with a beautiful view on the park. The room was cosy and the bathroom very clean and well equiped. The room service was excellent (the towels and the sheets were changed every day)." (2974417)

    Hotel's position and cleanliness of the room (especially of the bathroom).

    I would suggest a slight refurbishing of the rooms, in order to get in accordance with the luxurious common facilities (reception, bar, restaurant, etc.)

    "Ho letto altri giudizi negativi su questo luogo. Pensavo che esagerassero, ma avevano ragione. Non lo consigliamo a nessuno. Sicuramente a Trento ci sono Hotel più consoni." (97713940)

    La struttura dell'Hotel. Il ristorante.

    Staff non all'altezza che da del tu ai clienti. Due cambiamenti di camera per guasto al riscaldamento. Pubblicizzano internet nelle camere e c'è il cavo e il router ma internet è disattivato per cambio di gestione. Pubblicizano Sky e sky non c'è per cambio di gestione. Tentativo di dare una camera inferiore a quella pagata. Staff assolutamente non sorridente. Colazione con prodotti confezionati di bassa qualità.
