"Had a good weekend, not particulary offended by the smoke, but I thought this was now illegal." (97399832)
Friendly staff, clean room,
The room had a slight smell of smoke when we first entered, and Saturday morning people had definately been smoking in the hallways as there were ashtrays with cigarette butts in along the hallway. Also the kettle in the room didn't work.

"Was very pleased, hope to stay there again next time I visit London." (107198167)
Staff very helpful and friendly, needed to ask about the public transport and they knew everything i needed to ask them!
Only bad point was that there may be more sugar and milk with the tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this was far from a problem as staff were very quick to find me some more when i asked about it.

"Very nice hotel and close to the underground so easy to get to every where from." (107213178)
Very clean and helpful staff. Great value for money and easy to travel the underground from hotel.
Noise coming from what sounded like the boiler at night. I was tired so it did not effect me sleeping.

Excelent staff giving valuable information
finding out that I had been conned into paying more than the hotels advertised rate by a substantial amount by using your web site. I will book direct next time and not use your web site.

"Overall the hotel ticked all the boxes for a couple of nights stay whilst visiting friends, I can't praise the staff enough, they were all friendly & helpful." (107108297)
The hotel was modern & clean & the staff were all very friendly & helpful. The bar area & the restaurant were clean & welcoming.
I didn't like the large screen television in the bar which played sky sports continually, although if we sat round the corner we weren't bothered by it.

"Overall the hotel was excellent and centrally based for anyone wishing to visit London. I would use restaurants within the area rather than in the hotel." (108061669)
Hotel very welcoming and staff attentive. Hotel has it's own bar and restaurant, again staff attentive.
Restaurant has two dinner menus - Italian and Indian. Lots of choice but I found the service painfully slow even though it was a quiet weekend.

Pleasant and convenient hotel. South Rislip tube station is virtually next door. Therefore you can be in central London in 30 minutes.

"The stay was very comfortable and we were very impressed. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid." (97855649)
The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and gave us good advice about travelling to our event. The continental breakfast had more choice than I was expecting.
I have no bad points to make about the hotel only the booking. Although I booked 3 months in advance, the hotel had no record of it which took alot of sorting out. The hotel staff dealt with this well.

Staff were very efficient and accomodating
Housekeeping were mean with the bath towels - obvious there were two people in the room and kept gettng left with one bath towel. be warned the cooked breakfast costs vary from day to day depending on the day of the week!

"information about the hotel on website that i booked with a lot of details were incorrect" (97364940)
furniture broken in the room, asked for a fold up bed never arrrived asked to be moved to a better room and then charged extra, being told by front office staff if we had booked direct with them we would have got it cheaper, breakfast staff as happy as could be working for a company like that can certainly understand, some staff of the asian appearance eating with the guests and to busy with the grooming of them selves than assisting guests

All common areas were spotessly clean and staff on the front desk were flexible and accomodating.Continental breakfast was included in price with a good amount of choice and service was prompt.Good clean bathroom.
Some of the wooden furnishings in rooms are looking tired, although soft furnishings, curtains, bed covers etc. were more modern and well cared for. Also, although I turned heating off in my room it was still very warm.

"Great positioning close to the underground and very little noise from the trains. Very clean bathroom facilites and the room was clean. Good value for money. Adequate breakfast - fresh fruit and organic yoghurt (excellent choice of brand as no colourings or preservatives are added)everything very fresh and helpful breakfast staff. Reception staff were also helpful and friendly. Many thanks - I would recommend this hotel - and stay there again myself." (97353976)
positioning next to the underground station for easy access to central London - and that fresh fruit and organic yoghurt (excellent as no colourings or preservatives are added to this brand)
Bar meals at lunchtime - far too much processed/high fat food - went elsewhere

"The hotel was excellent for my needs i.e. a base whilst working in Uxbridge for the week. The reception staff were very friendly as were the dining room staff. The room was great; clean, warm and comfortable. Slightly noisy at times outside my bedroom window but nothing that caused me any problem. The value for money was excellent, £16 a night cheaper than the 'dump' I had stayed in the week previously. Although not driving myself I noticed they had an ample carpark and the tube station was 2 mins away. I would definitely stay again" (97931578)

lots of parking at all times. When I asked for a couple of extra teabags and milk in the evening it was no problem at all and extra items were immediately supplied by friendly staff.
The shower was dripping constantly in room 306. It looked like it had been doing so for some time.

"I was looking for a Hotel in the Ruislip area for an overnight stay which represented value for money, easy to find with secure parking. The directions were excellent and there was no chance in getting lost even though I did not know the area. The Receptionist upon arrival was extreemly couteous and knowledgeable and made us feel at home right away. She is to be commended. The Room had everything that we needed including Coffee/Tea making facilities. Even though our room overlooked the Railway line, we were not disturbed at all by any noise. the final Bill represented value for money." (97464367)

"The hotel is fine for its class and in much better order in the cleanliness / decor line than other central London hotels we have stayed in this year. The area itself is not exactly picturesque, but it is easy to get to from the M25. It is also next door to the station, Sainsbury's and a 'family' pub that serves food all day. Plus it has complimentary secure parking which was a bonus for us." (99458617)

"Firstly, i found it rather intimidating that your door staff carried no identification and had no significant uniform on. Whilst they were not rude in any way, it was rather off putting to be spoken to by two plain dressed males with bluetooth headsets on. Are your staff actuallly licensed in accordance with the SIA? Secondly, you seemed much in haste to check us out of the room, with a room knock at 0900 almost demanding that we leave the room sharpish, when we had in fact paid for longer than this. I am a paying customer and i demand to be treated as such. Your check out time was NOT at 0900." (99136503)

"Overall mixed feelings as some aspects were very good (breakfast) and some were very bad (sunken bed)." (99528905)
1. The location was good. 2. The room was very clean and well maintained 3. Breakfast -we ordered cooked english breakfast, this was very fresh nad high wuality engredients - Well done to the Chef.
1. We booked a room with three beds. The reception staff sent us to a two bed room. 2. There was a private function at the hotel, we could not have dinner at the hotel, nor could we have room service. 3. One of the beds (room 107) was heavily sunken - my wife did not sleep well.

"Rooms expensive for where they are situated a lot of noise due to rail freight noise overnight - do not expect to have to worry about an extra towel missing if there are two people sharing a room, over a second night." (99289247)
We booked for two nights but after the first night the towels were reduced to one towel and I could not be asked to request another as this has happened before and seems to be normal. The bed was really uncomfortable we both have back problems - matress too hard, and not enough coffee/milk in room. Hair dryer awkward to use - not enough lead.

"All in all a good value hotel for it's easy access to central London and Wembley Stadium. Yes, there is some noise from the train/underground station next door, but you can't have excellent access to the capital with no noise! I would definately stay here again when visiting London." (97336457)
Excellent base for attending Foo Fighters gig at Wembley Stadium and London! Good buffet continental breakfast with good avalibility times (Mon-Fri until 9.30am, Sat-Sun until 10am... I think). Room was clean including the bathroom, however we requested a non-smoking room, which ours was not. We had problems getting the safe to work, however a member of staff had sorted the issue within a few minutes.
Bed not very comfortable and duvet not big enough for bed. I booked a non-smoking room on the internet, but when we arrived we had a smoking room. Although the booking confirmation says they cannot guarantee this request, the room smelt strongly of tabacco and there was an ashtray.
