    Good location, good value for money and good breakfast. Extra sofa bed in room for my little boy is very useful.

    Door key needed to be re-programmed everyday though we booked for 3 nights Would be nice if there's a mini fridge in the room Not much around hotel, needs to travel to Ealing Broadway for meals and shopping

    the hotel staff was quite welcoming and showed keen interest in their work.

    the bath was quite awkward needs a shower curtain or some sort of anit-spill mechanism

    Clean and modern

    Could not check in until 3.15pm, our friends were in a room two floors away, they had no rooms ready for any guests and we and around 20 other guests had to wait in the bar for an hour for our rooms. The girl on the check in desk had very limited English and managed to book me and my Fiance into a room that was in someone else's name even though I gave her my full name and address the receipt had someone else's details on it. And room service walked into our room while we were getting dressed in the morning and left with out as much as a sorry.

    "The stay at the hotel was satisfactory, and the staff on duty that day were very nice. However, when speaking to them over the phone they come across quite rude. I think it would be a great idea for the hotel to hold a loyalty scheme for there returning customers. The Ibis hotel do this which makes customers more willing to book the hotel again as they get rewarded and there custom is valued." (97147937)

    It was very modern although the wooden flooring does have some noise issues

    There was not an iron in the room and I had to go downstairs to iron in my pyjamas!

    The modern design of the room was very nice. The staff where very helpfull.

    The dinner menu from the restaurant seemed rather limiting. I would suggest having a less oriental menu and include more traditional dishes.

    It was close to the tube which meant access to central London was easy. The rooms were quite large and had a lovely bathroom.

    The drinks prices at the bar were quite high.

    "What can one say about a London Hotel - on balance this was fine although a little pricey. The thing that stuck was that the staff in both the hotel & the Restaurant were superbly trained and very friendly......food was excellent....." (97824487)

    Clean & tidy and everything worked!

    I requested a double bed on the on-line booking but got a twin room -nine times out of ten it would have been the other way round....no heating in the bathroom..

    "It was a one night stay, late arrival and early departure but excellent value for money. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in at this sort of price. We weren't there long enough to judge the other facilities but it was perfect for our needs. We chose this location because we were visiting friends in the area, but if this hotel was closer to central London (it takes about 25 minutes on tube)and the same price I would choose it every time."     Excellent value for money which was clean and presentable and superb friendly staff. Fantastic location for Wembley and the tube for the city.

    Good location close to the tube. Modern facilities and good clean simple room and bathroom. Good restraunt.

    A bit overpriced for what it was. Little storage space in the rooms and the bed slid forward every time you tried to sit up and rest on the headboard.

    very clean, nice decor, excellent staff, easy check in and out. nice rooms, good access, excelent value. good food quality, very quiet, good parking. very enjoyable.

    apart from a slight smell in the room absolutely no complaints, only other disadvantage is distancefrom central london, but tube route on central line very near and frequent only 20 mins to oxford circus.

    The car park is extremely difficult to access from the surrounding road system. The route should be signed.

    "Upon check-in I was informed that there would be a charge for parking. I did not see this when booking but this may have been my oversight. Whilst modern and clean, the hotel is furnished everywhere with wooden floors which just carry the noise throughout. Approximately 20 minutes after ordering room service, I received a call for me to collect my food! Amazingly, the hotel does not have a policy of delivering. The food was packed in plastic take-away containers which in turn were placed in a bag. I then had to eat the very average (and some-what luke warm) food off cardboard plates with plastic cutlery. I thought I had regressed to a school trip! The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever stayed (not slept) on. Whilst the bathroom was nicely furnished had a decent shower, there was no extractor fan and the door swings shut so it was like getting out of the shower and in to a steam room. The only salvation for this stay was the excellent breakfast. Unless I absolutely have no choice, I would not stay at this hotel again, nor I would i recommend it." (99897206)

    The room was a lovely size and everything actually worked! unlike some hotels!? very spacious, clean,air conditioned, staff were polite and friendly,fresh towels everyday,cleaned the room everyday,access to internet,t.v,furniture looked like Ikea, modern great! The tube station was 2 minutes from the hotel which was perfect to get around easily.If you got back late you could sit down have a drink or something to eat. would return and stay again knowing it is a great place to stay!

    Value for money and location

    the chamber maid did not check with reception that we had checked out before entering to clean the room. The wet room drains out into the room rather that towards the drain leaving the bathroom permanently wet!

    Order and Cleanliness

    The extra payment of the parking is unacceptable. From the motorway you don't find any signage and you wrong easily the exit.
