Although the room was a bit on the small side, it was lovely and clean. The bathroom looked like it had recently been decorated with new tiles, new shower, sink etc. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation

Staff was very cordial and supportive, location of the hotel is very good, very close to Madelaine and if you are in town for leisure is highly convenient.
Air conditioning is operated externally and is of poor quality. The relationship fare and accomodation is somewhat unfair.

Staff was friendly/ Great location
You had to ask for the air condition to be turned on in order to use it. For two nights we were unaware that the ac unit worked.

"Hotel were not informed by Main hotel, of disabled Mother in wheelchair. However necessary arrangements were made & our stay was most enjoyable." (1525546)
Very central hotel for all tourist attractions. Pleasant,helpful Staff,towards our disabled Mother with wheelchair. En-suite facilities. Very clean.
Uncomfortable bed.-too hard. Steep narrow staircase. Lift small but adequate

"L'acceuil est très chaleureux, le petit déjeuner excellent. La cadre genéral de l'hôtel a un aspect typiquement français d'autrefois qui invite au repos. Les chambres sont agréables, bien équipées. La salle de bain est spacieuse,très confortable et d'une propreté impécable." (3304491957)

it is very logistic to visit all the prime tourist spots in Paris, near to Metro. Staff are friendly and helpful, accurate information is provided.
there is not soundproof in the hotel, i guess. We can hear the walking, opening& slamming doors sounds so clearly.
