    Hotel excellnet, clean and comfortable

    Check-in problems resulted from hotel incorrectly booking my stay in the next month. Once they realised the mistake was theirs I got little apology and had to wait 10 mins to get a room.

    Good location. Free (and frequent) shuttle bus to hotel. New and comfortable hotel. Room good size and with excellent beds. Bathroom superb. Outstanding staff, very helpful and accomodating.

    The breakfast (which was included in the room rate) was a bit simple.

    The hotel bus had a pause between 12 and 16 pm. Had to wait at Stansted airport for transport for two hours, not so good.

    All 3 car groups complained that the £5 charge for parking was not advised in advance and was unavoidable & therefore started the hotel experience badly. It would be better to include it in the initial charge & pretend to give free parking thus avoiding unpleasantness with your staff .

    Very clean, modern welcoming interior. Liked having a lounge with TV available in a hotel with limited resturant service, nice alternative to sitting in your room alone when no resturant is available.

    Was irratated to learn I had to pay for the shuttle to and from the airport, the sheets on my bed didn't actually cover the mattress fully, which was just a bit yuckie. Would have liked a greater variety of non porno movies or tv shows to order on the TV service.

    Very nice and clean hotel. The room was modern and enjoyable - especially the brand new-looking bathroom. Comfy bed.

    Nothing really - the vending machine had a hard time accepting my coins... that's about it.

    clean and facilities very good

    we were checking out early and staff would not allow us to take something for breakfast even though we were going ten mins before breakfast was served - we paid 68 pounds for a room basically for 5 hours prior to an early flight at stansted and felt that some basic items of food would have been great to set us off on our journey

    Tried to book online intially but ended up phoning as I was unsure when on-line about the avaialbility of a family room with breakfast. Everything sorted out over the phone very successfully

    My boyfriend and i love this hotel , it is very clean and everything is good! We love it !!

    But, the people in the bar is not very kind!!I ordered the food there ,i didnt know that i need pay while i order!! I havent got money with me and my boyfriend was in the room!! The waiter not wery kind to me !!I am really angry!!

    We had a very comfortable night's rest and found the room to be very nicely appointed, fresh and clean. Service was very good. This is a lovely hotel. We look forward to another stay here in the future. the breakfast was superb!

    Unfortunately we missed the last shuttle bus back to the hotel because our flight was late in arriving and we couldn't locate the shuttle terminal (which had been moved due to construction.) We had a rather long wait for a taxi.

    On-site short-term car parking and proximity to Stansted airport.

    Attempted to move my car to medium-term parking even though I was already parked. Did not get much sleep due to noisy environment. Shuttle service from airport stops at midnight, my return flight was delayed and I had to walk from medium-term car park.

    the staff were nice and freindly and helped as much as they could, breakfast was nice

    i had booked a non smoking room for myself and 11 year old son. when I arrived I was told I could have a double bed room non soking, or 2 singlebeds in a smoking room, I had to chose smoking room, as not able to share a double bed with my 11 year old sonn, the room smelled of smoke and upset my allergys.

    The check in and check out was very prompt and friendly. The staff were very pleasant and made sure that even if you were staying one night it would be the best they could make it. The room was very clean and stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the wake up call was on time. All was extremely satisfactory and worked well for a stop over but would be just as fabulous for a getaway.

    Room was very small even for 2 Adults & 2 young kids, pull out couch was uncomfortable....stayed on the ground floor, couldn't imagine trying to get 2 Teenagers to share pull out bed.

    Facilities and cleanliness

    Request for twin beds not given at first meaning my mother and I had to return to reception with our luggage. No shuttle bus to return tom car park at 1.45 - we would have to wait for 2 hours. Given the wrong information by reception about the bus. Being told that we would have to get a taxi ourselves when we asked if one could be booked. Finding out from a taxi driver that the car park company runs a bus but not being told by the hotel!!

    We were allocated an invalid room which meant the shower wasn't so good. Also there were only one large and one small towel and it was far too late at night for us be bothered contacting the staff, so we managed!

    "Not a good experience stay was supposed to allow the family to be fresh for 10:00am flight to New York. Noisy and poor sleeping arrangements meant no one got a good nights sleep, next time will get up early rather than stay and save cost." (97172081)

    Noisy,mainly other people arriving and leaving. Room advertised for 4 people we are 2 adults and 2 children age 11 and 14. No where near enough space for family in particular sleeping arrangements

    Room and public areas were clean. Check in staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good.Tea/coffee making. Hair dryer.

    Car parking was not easy. No disabled spaces free because they were taken by cars not displaying blue badges. Sofa bed was not really for two. Check in was very busy with not enough staff. Shower leaked over the top of base and flooded the floor.

    It's very convenient to Stansted Airport and is clean. The breakfast was great.

    Check-in takes much too long. There was no internet in the room. There was a dirty diaper in the dust bin.

    The service was splendid. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic with many choices. The apples and oranges at the front desk was a nice welcoming touch. Loved the lobby. Everything was clean and nice.

    Everything was very well designed for this level hotel. The bathroom very functional and well thought out. The beds comfortable, TV channel selection very good and above all access to internet in the public areas free of charge was a great plus. I now personally avoid hotels that do not provide internet free of charge for their guests as a service. Using the internet which cost hotels less than 50 pounds a month to rip off guest with charges of 10 to 20 pounds a night is in my book pure stealing and to be avoided at all costs. Good well run hotels offer it free of charge as a geniune service to guests and there is now a dived between hotels- the one's that try to gain maximum money anyway they can whilst theyhave you staying in their territory and the one's that appreciate that you choose to stay with them and do the maximum to offer you the best of available services. My choice has been made and in future and because you offer the internet at least in the public areas I would not hesitate to stay with you again and to recommend your hotel to everyone. Your breakfast was generous and excellent and stands out amongst hotels in your category.

    When a busload arrives from the airport and it is late and all are tired waiting in a queue to check inis not pleasant.

    the children's bed mattress, in the converted sofa, was a bit thin. However, as children didn't have to pay, this is preferable to a more expensive room and look forward to its continued availability.

Bus comes every 20mins at a cost of £2.00 Secure lifts to all floors , you require room key to opperate them.     "I asked for a non smoking, quiet room. When we arrived at the hotel I was asked if I wanted smoking or non smoking. Also, because we had stayed at the same hotel only a few weeks earlier I asked for a quiet room as we had experienced noise from passing traffic and the shuttle bus until late at night and from the early hours. Unfotrunately we were allocated a room on the first floor in exactly the same position overlooking the front entrance to the hotel, yet again we had a disturbed evening. otherwise a very pleasant stay."     Highly recommend this Hotel for someone who enjoys modern and clean accomodation. Short bus journey to Airport was on time also.

    "Very easy to book on line, and the shuttle service to and from Stansted airport every twenty minutes was great. Arriving by train from West Wales it was a haven of rest, until we flew off to France the following morning. Your immigrant restaurant and desk staff were excellent.
