The hotel was freshly decorated and very clean. The rooms were spacious and we were surprised at how quiet the hotel was at night time, considering the number of young children there, great sound proofing. The soap and shampoo were a real treat!!! The empty fridge to store the food I had brought for our DisneyLand lunches was a super idea. The staff could not of been more helpful and polite. Overall we thought this was a great choice for our family.
only thing I can think of is I'd have liked a coffee maker in the room.

"The hotel felt three star, not four star. The breakfast experience was efficient in terms of herding people through but the quality of food and the noisy, clattering, canteen ambience didn't make for a relaxed start to the day. The pool was cold and uninspiring whilst the other spa facilities one would expect of a four star hotel were charged as extras. The staff were fine, however, and the hotel was adequate as it was only really a dormitory for Disneyland. The fabulously tacky and inept attempt at making it look and feel medieval was funny though." (97328498)
Clean facilities and friendly, competent staff.
Room felt cramped, leisure facilities fell short and breakfast experience was poor.

"We had a lovely time at Euro Disney and staying in the Dream Castle Hotel. The bus service to the parks and for the airport was great. The only fault we had with the hotel was after 6:30pm you could only get room service or go to the restaurant for a buffet which was 28 euros per adult! There is a small ball pool, air hockey, pool table and kids rides in the hotel to keep kids happy and a swimming pool with slide, along with a jacuzzi for the adults. Me and my friends would all recommend the Dream Castle Hotel to friends thinking of visiting Euro Disney. The free bus service to the parks runs every 10 minutes through the day but can get very busy at peak times." (97490980)
The hotel was warm and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Everything was so expensive but that wasn't just the hotel it was everywhere. There was a 10 euro service charge for room service which we thought was a bit steep! Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also the air conditioning units were very noisy.

"We booked this hotel as a stopover on the way to Disney. We found the hotel extremely child-friendly with a Disney-type feel. Breakfast was very good. We had the evening buffet meal which was pricey, but the best meal we had all the time we were at Disney. We used the pool - we had it virtually to ourselves. It's great for kids and towels are provided free of charge. We would recommend this as a cheaper alternative to staying in one of the Disney Hotels, if you don't mind a 10 minute bus ride." (97448896)
We found the room spacious and well equipped. The kids loved the theme and the bunkbeds were a big hit.

"overall pleasant hotel, clean and rooms nice and big.We found the staff polite and efficient. courtesy bus to Disney was useful but at times very busy.Only thing that let it down was the prices for food and drink very high and since there are no local shops you paid it or did without, having said that the food in the restraunt was very good. Breakfast was included in price of room and you could eat as much as you wanted of the buffet but you were crowded in often with you table joining another family." (97585739)
Very clean and staff were polite.Only 10 min bus ride to theme parks.
rooms had very basic facilities, bed,T.V and unstocked fridge. In bathroom there was towels, hairdryer and liquid soap in dispencers. It could do with tea/coffee making equipment in the rooms.

"Did not know you could buy Disney tickets at reception. That the children could get a free soda with their evening meal on production of the receipt for the Disney tickets. Cost of hiring towels for swimming." (97160809)
Good selection of food for breakfast and evening meal - Good relaxed atmosphere in hotel. Convenience of shuttle to Disney. Staff in reception very helpful.
Swimming pool too small. Cost of evening meal for children very expensive. The bunk beds in the bedrooms appeared to vary in length and one of our rooms was not suitable for a 14 year old. Having to pay 2 euros for swimming towels. Usually this is provided free.

"I really liked the hotel, it was my third time there this year and I would definately without a doubt go back there. However I felt my room was much smaller than previous times, and I also booked a king size superior room, but it was very small. The menu choice was poor in the restaurant, and if I was travelling with young children I would be very apprenhensive about this. I still really enjoyed my stay and would go again." (97088367)
It was a clean hotel, excellent value for money, had friendly staff, in both the lobby area and restaurant area.
The room was smaller than the previous time I stayed there. And the selection of food was poor so we ate elsewhere

"We found our stay at the Dream Castle hotel exxcellent. It was ideally located for getting to the parks via the free shuttle bus. Our room was very generous in size and more than adequate for a family of 4. Our twin boys enjoyed the bunkbeds very much. We ate at the hotel 3 times, twice in the bar and once in the restaurant. The bar food was good for a quick snack and the quality of food and choice in the restaurant was superb. I would thoroughly recommend the Dream Castle and hope to return again." (97123798)

"Nice hotel friendly staff, it was just unfortunate that the check in process took so long." (97675744)
The accommodation was clean and tidy.
The check in process was really slow and we waited nearly an hour to be told our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So we returned at 3pm to wait another half an hour to then be told our room wasn't ready yet and we waited another 20mins. There were only two members of staff one checking people in and one checking people out.

"While it seemed to be on par with regards to value for your money compared to other hotels in the area, we found the exchange rate was not in our favour, making the prices seem quite expensive. The hotel is very clean, the room was comfortable, and the facilities ample for their needs. The staff are courteous, multilingual and willing to assist in any way. The shuttle bus to and from the RER station/Disneyland Paris was very convenient." (99544101)
The room was clean and ample for our needs. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. Decor captured the interest of our young children. Staff was very helpful. It was difficult to find a hotel in the Paris area that would accommodate more than 3 people in a room, so a family room was perfect for our needs.
Pool closed too early in the evening for our schedule most days, which limited our use of the facility. Also, with no staff supervision in the swimming pool, there is the potential for inappropriate behaviour in the pool by patrons. Television programming was offered predominantly in French or German, next to nothing for English-only speakers. Would have also liked to see some movies available on a pay-per-view basis.

"im my view the majority of 4 star hotels provide tea/coffee making facilities in your room and provide hair shampoo etc only one english channel on the tv and the majority of people we spoke to wished they could have watched the tennis final on the tv which wasnt availible on any tv in the hotel even if you wanted to pay i think for the size of the hotel the external play area for the children was very poor ,there is so much wasted space in the hotel the swimming pool was much to small and cold" (99751379)
in general the hotel was satisfactory
hotel staff entered our room at midnight and woke us up when we complained the next day it was dismissed and not addressed (BAD)

The room-excellent cleanliness and the general atmosphere made it special for the kids
The waiting time for any queries at reception and the difficulty on getting to the hotel-we arrived late at night so took a taxi that couldn't find the hotel even though twice we rang reception on our mobile to get them to give instructions to the driver also we were unable to get a hot meal but the receptionist was excellent she went out of her way to ensure my daughter got fed.

Also that there was a hairdryer and towels for the pool could be hired for a small charge - this would have saved on excess weight in our suitcase. Other than these minor things we had a most enjoyable stay and would certainly come back again." (99409177)
Very clean, excellent facilities throughout the hotel brilliant for families travelling with children especially to Disney.
No tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Food and drink prices very expensive.

check in girl was very polite and friendly
booked a suite - did not receive pastries and flowers in room as mentioned in the internet booking. on returning to the room the staff did not replenish the tea/coffee facilities, or replenish the toiletries that were used. i rang down to reception , some came upto to the room with 1 teabag, 1 coffee, 1 milk and two sugars. i had to go down to reception to ask for more milk, and someone brought up 3 more milks. the toiletries were not replaced!

"For a stay in Disneyland Paris we booked this hotel via a general site. The rate was very fair (and included a buffet breakfast as well) and the room was spacious and good for kids (bunk beds!). Combined with the shuttle service to Disneyland, this made the hotel a very good choice. Check in could be quicker though." (97236629)
The room was very good, especially the bunk bed for the children was good. Even though busy, breakfast was well organized.

"Overall we had a magical holiday. The hotel was great. We read some online reviews prior to our stay and any negative comments were unjust. The hotel is very clean and in a really good location. Disneyland Paris is simply magical - no other word describes it. Maybe you should link up with someone like Paris Shuttle as their service is only 75euros from the airport to the hotel (door to door)." (99438617)
Clean, Friendly service, Locality very close to Disney, Great for kids
Nothing. Possibly the transport from the airport. We used Paris Shuttle in the end as I was a little bit confused about the buses.

"Newish hotel which has crumbling decor. Very cheap four diamond hotel with tacky childrens rides in the foyer, but no real area for the children to play safely. The open garden design was littered with broken capping slabs from the retaining walls, and the pond had an insecure gate. The buses to and from the parks are more of a liability than a benefit as the aim is to cram as many people into the smallest area possible and drive the buses as recklessly as possible." (97373708)
Rooms were dirty, shuttle buses to the Parks were very crowded, with the drivers training as Grand Prix hopefuls, trying to throw as many of the guests from window to window as they could. The hotel staff were at best apathetic to all of the problems, and as a very regular traveller, and someone who stays throughout the World in different hotels, I can honestly say that this was the worst excuse for a hotel I have had the misfortune to stay at. As a four diamond hotel, all I can suggest is that is how much they should pay you to stay there!

Clean room and good value being close to major tourist attraction in high season. Breakfast/dinner was buffet style which was good when you have young family.
No kettle for a tea /coffee in room. Limited TV channeal for kids amusement. Though it w0uld have disney channel. Also a channel about the parks themselves would be useful like the disney hotels I've stayed in.

"The hotel is clean, child friendly and enjoyable to stay at. The breakfast staff are efficent and quick to find you a table. Breakfast itself is good and a variety of foods are offered- however, hotel reception staff are slow and often unable to help you with queries, sometimes due to language problems and sometimes they just dont seem to know the answers! The bus that picks you up and takes you to disney is often worryingly crammed full of people, and sometimes doesnt even bother to pick you up when not full, simply driving on past!" (99983640)
a childrens heaven as soon as they walk through the doors. it has a large reception area with plenty in it to occupy little ones- little merry go rounds, a ball pool etc..
slow service at reception. People seem to get away with queue jumping and the staff do nothing about it-but serve them. Very fustrating...
