Very friendly and helpful staff. Good, slightly quieter location. Very good value for the price. Excellent breakfast.
Single bed was a little small.

"Parking, we had to park streets away and had to check the car every day. We would like to have known that it was a bank holiday. Market days would have been of interest." (99685322)
Balcony for evening drink and close to the Beach and town centre
lack of shower facilities and extractor fan in bathroom

This is a very nice hotel, near to everything Le Touquet has to offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good with everything to start your day with.

"We were greated by a very helpfull man on arrival, although communications were slightly difficult as his grasp of English was poor..the 2 rooms we booked were at opposite sides of the hotel..this was not a problem for us as our children were not too young to be concerned ..the accomodation was clean and tidy with adequate towels/soap/etc..the beds were comfortable and there was extra pillows and covers..we had the hotel breakfast the following morning ,which although seemed expensive at 8.80 euros each was substantial and varied,so on reflection was reasonable...the hotel could do with some money spent on redecoration and fittings..but no doubt the prices would increase...so all together we had a pleasant stay" (99693980)
the price was fair for 1 night stay and was very central to all ammenities
the hotel was in need of refurbishment..although the prices do reflect the general condition

"Inexpensive hotel. Needs redecoration, but all areas were clean. Parking arrangements can be confusing but staff were very helpful, in this area. Close to the beach." (99951618)
Helpful staff. Le Touquet has a complex parking arrangement, and the person at reception went out of his way to help us find free parking 2 streets away
Room was very cramped. No remote control for TV. Both bedside lamps didn't work.

"We were on;y there for one night, comfortable beds, nice room, a bit too warm, could have done with newer carpet but then only 2 star and very reasonable. Breakfast not good, all self service and coffee warm, no fruit option, couldn't find hot water for herb teas although saw kettle when leaving, however good location and would return. Friendly welcome and they had an English plug! which was very welcome." (99196571)
comfortable room although a bit too warm. Friendly welcome and atmosphere, pretty breakfast room, easy parking.
Too hot and couldn't regulate radiator, but bet could open window and better than being cold

"As we only stayed for one night, we found the hotel perfectly acceptable. It was perfectly situated within the town, and two minutes from the beach. With a little end of season re-decoration it will be lovely." (99735274)
Nice friendly receptionist who spoke very good English. Hotel lovely and warm all the time. Nice sized room. Very central.
Shower did not work. Hotel needs a little face lift. Breakfast not worth the money.

The owner was very helpful and they were very honest as we had left rings watches and bracelet when we left, at Bolonge we realised and phoned and she offered to post them to us. The rooms were clean and well decorated though on the small side.
The decoration on the main stairs was shabby though the Hotel was probably going to address this as external redecoration was proceeding during our stay.

Very small room in elderly building.

"The hotel was OK and was clean and the staff pleasant but the decor was shabby and the facilities in the room, such as TV with english channels was not there and also a basic kettle for tea making in the morning would have made the stay perfect. Le Touquet is a lovely town and we will be visiting again." (3305225751)
Close to the town centre and also the airport
No english TV and no tea making facilities and decoration poor. Also, shower had no stand to it.

"This hotel was in a perfect location, very near the town and the beach. We had a warm friendly welcome and the service was good. It looked like it needed updating quite urgently - poor decor, flaking paint, creaking doors etc but it was clean and adequate for our needs and we appreciated having en suite facilities in all the rooms" (3304132605)
Friendly welcome
It felt old and stale and in poor repair and the rooms smelt damp

"We have visited Le Touquet before, so knew the town quite well and thus the location of the hotel. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay." (3305083429)
The hotel was comfortable and homely. We were made very welcome, and the madame was most charming. There was a good selection for breakfast, including a toaster. We will look forward to staying again.
The hotel is situated in a part of the town where parking has to be paid for, so we had to park a little further away.

Conveniently situated for town and the beach. Friendly helpful staff.
The hotel decor is very tatty and tired. The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel was also very noisy. A requested alarm call never arrived but wasn't needed with the noise of other guests.

"We booked two rooms. A single for myself and a twin for my two adult children. The twin room was wondeful almost a seperate suite in its own right. The single was more than adequate but the general decor both in the stairways and the room could do with a lick of paint. The Hotel staff were charming and helpful. The breakfast room was delightful and very well presented as was the breakfast. Overall a good hotel and a great location close to the sea and main shops. Beware of potential car parking charges dependant on day, time of year or how far away you are willing to park - this is not a big issue however." (2320652)
Good Location, Friendly staff, Charming Hotel
In need of general decoration. Tea / Coffee making facilities in room.

The breakfast room had a French charm and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.
The exterior and common areas of the hotel could definitely do with a lick of paint as it could be offputing.

"This hotel is ideal for a short break 2-3 nights. It is in a great location for all of the activities. It does look a little run down but the room we stopped in was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in a room at the side of reception and is a little overpriced, you could do better visiting a cafe and boulangerie. A good cheap hotel in a great location" (3304086405)
Ideally located hotel near the beach and all amenities
Looks a little run down from the exterior, could do with a lick of paint, but the rooms were clean and functional. A kettle in the room would be a good idea.

"Overall the hotel was tatty and in need of attention. The booking process was excellent and the previous reviews were helpful and accurate. The rooms were basic (as expected), but not helped by my bed frame collapsing through the night and having to sleep on the mattress on the floor ! Breakfast was acceptable, but could have spent better at a bar in town instead." (2997481)
Ideally situated, two streets back from the seafront and in the centre of the main town.
Entire hotel needs redecorating (hopefully before next year's high season).

"I travel for three or four months a year and have been subjected to every class of accomodation. If you book into a small family run hotel for a couple of days golfing and drinking with a mate as long as the rooms are clean(which they were)and the staff friendly and doing thier best(which they were and did)then that should be fine. If you want to Large it then go to a five star hotel where if things ain't right you may have a grumble at the responsible. Don't book this hotel for a honeymoon! A few nights away with the lads......definitely!" (2405914)
The welcome, the staff, especially the patron and the breakfast. Long distance calls were put through to my room at 2am with no hesitation or grumble.
A lick of paint would help but if you're there for a night or two who cares as long as they stay friendly no probs.

"Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location in a quiet street in the main part of the town - could even see the sea from our little balcony. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast very good - buffet with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly & helpful. We managed to park on the street right outside the hotel - would have been useful to have parking details beforehand. (Free in the week then a charge for weekend parking). Would definately stay here again." (2334066)
