Good ,friendly, clean hotel with well-appointed rooms Good bar with more atmosphere that most hotel bars
Although within the Heathrow airport complex the Hotel Hoppa bus took 45 mins to reach the hotel from the airport T5, calling at every terminal on the way. Same on the return calling at T5 last and taking almost an hour. Not the hotel`s fault but potential visitors should be informed.

Conveniently located near an underground stop (Hatten Cross) provides easy access to London
Infrequent Hoppa bus schedule from Terminal 2. Would consider using the underground from the airport to the Hatten Cross underground stop if you did not have large or a lot of baggage, have to use a pedestian overpass to cross a busy street.

Nice and simple process - just what you want after a long day No Surprises - well appointed room
No iron in room - only available from reception (but they delivered it) Towel had a stain on it.

We had a little problem with finding our direction to the hotel from the tube station.

"We were happy with the accommodation and meals, though the self service format of the breakfast was dissappointing in relation to the price. We were very dissappointed with the check in procedure especially as a senior with a lot of baggage. No help was provided and the attitude of reception was not sympathetic." (97081293)

Very convenient for an overnight or w/e stop-over. Very close to all the motorways.Very clean rooms with good amenities. Very courteous staff. This is the second time that I have chosen to stay here with my family and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel had a really nice ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful even though a coach load of travellers had just arrived.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel however it would have been nice to have the option to add breakfast to the booking.

I have been to many hotels around the world, and I have to say that at this hotel the staff knew the least English. This is England, and since it is at Heathrow this is even more important as it may be some peoples first experience of the UK. The receptionist was not clear and she did not understand me and three of the maids was unable to converse with me because they were Polish and could not speak English. Come on these are basic things, if you work at a prime location hotel in Britain the staff have got to be able to speak English and provide customer service!

"just afew minutes walk from hatton cross tube station and a well stocked fueling station (there is small shop in hotel)you are offered a range of good sized quiet rooms with all computing and laundry facilities necessary within the hotel." (97909194)
triple glazing, option of smoking room. good size and lots of mirrors. anything extra needed e.g iron was delivered very quickly
during the night the electricity in the room cut out and left me with no lights or electricity in the morning (this was solved fairly quickly which was essential as i needed to get ready quickly) the air-con seems alittle noisy.

Location great for Heathrow and no sound came through triple glazed windows. Good restaurant and bar.
View from window a bit industrial, but could hear nothing so slept really well.

"As I indicated above I had a positive experience at this hotel. The shortcomings are 1) bed was too short 2) no fitness center I prefer hotels with a fitness center" (97205205)
Clean, well maintained
1) No fitness facility. As a minimum a room with free weights, treadmill/elliptical, and drinking water is needed. 2) Bed was too short.

"The Jury's Inn at Heathrow is the perfect choice for an airport transit, particularly when traveling to and from Terminal 4. The online booking process was seamless, the hotel was clean, modern, and offered many amenities and conveniences, and the hotel staff was courteous, professional and accommodating. Our experience at Jury's made our transit truly relaxing. We plan to stay at the hotel during future transits." (97802599)
We arrived at 2 a.m. (very tired!), and the friendly, attentive staff checked us in promptly. Within minutes we were in our rooms relaxing. The price was great for our transit stay, and the proximity to Terminal 4 was perfect.
We asked for a wake up call, but did not receive one. We nearly missed our international flight.

Everything worked. Room was clean and comfortable. I was able to set the aircon temperature easily.
Would have loved a bigger TV screen and maybe a greater range of TV programmes to view; sport especially. Not really important though, as the TV and progamme choice were better than at my hotel in London!

"We chose this hotel for its proximity to Hatton Cross Underground station as we had an early flight from Heathrow. It really is only 5-10 minutes walk. Don't believe the hotel staff who tell you that it is quicker to get a bus, as these were non existant at that early hour.Otherwise an excellent place for a stop over." (97114347)

"The attentive, professional service; from the arranging of a taxi to the airport at 4.30AM!! to the lovely dinner watching the big planes land in the dark.
