"Very happy with my stay. Helpful staff and the facilities are excellent." (97312522)
I visit yearly to see my sister who travels from another part of the country. We love Jurys Parnell Street because of its proximity to the shops, supermarkets etc. Also love the tea/coffee making facilities. Would also like to say I am very happy about being able to access our room early am. This makes such a difference to our stay.
No bad points noted.

"The hotel was clean and modern, the staff friendly and very very helpful, location good for most of the city and a nice contrast to temple bar which is more brash" (97916996)

"The value for the money was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bus trip from the airport cost only 7 euro per person and dropped us off just around the corner from the hotel, which was convenient. Take the air coach from the airport to O'Connell Street/Parnell Square. There were 3 of us, so it would have actually been slightly cheaper to take a cab (around 20 euro), which we did for the trip back to the airport." (97942441)
Location was excellent, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bed coverings were ugly.

"The actual room was excellent. Most of the staff were very efficient but I didn't find them welcoming. The only information that was volunteered was the room number and we were asked if we wanted to book a table for dinner and an alarm call. I felt as though I was being a bit of a nuisance in asking for the location of the restaurant, time of breakfast, could we leave luggage etc. I would possibly use this hotel again if it was for a business trip. When I say I wouldn't recommend this hotel, nor would I advise against it because essentially there is nothing wrong with it, but for leisure I prefer the more friendly warmth I have experienced in some other Dublin hotels." (99002802)
Very clean, well furnished and decorated, excellent bathroom. Hotel well positioned in centre of town. Almost everything we needed was to hand

"Location. We visited Dublin for the Marathon and wanted an hotel close to O'Connell Street. Bar facilities inadequate for hotel size, very busy resulting in slow service. Staff were very pleasant and helpful though! I would definitely stay there again." (3304632859)

"this hotel is ideally situated at the top of O'Connell Street, within walking distance of Grafton Street and Henry Street for the shops, and Temple Bar for the many excellent restaurants - the bus stop for the 'Dublin Tour Bus' and the 'Airport Coach' are literally just around the corner - Penny" (3305317041)

"The room was large, modern and everything was very clean. The staff booked our bag in long before our due check in, they were also very helpful with any queries. Hotel is 5-10mins walk from temple bar. We didn't take the expensive breakfast option but opposite is a very nice cafe offering full Irish breakfast for 5 euros. Didn't try the restaurant but bar was fine. Newsagents next door good for drink and supplies - very nice hot sausage rolls!! Vending and ice machines in hotel. Air Coach stop on O'Connell street is 1 min walk for Airport transfer - 12 euros return. Overall very good value for money." (3305254302)
New, clean with very helpful staff.
Located in slightly run down area - but not major problem.

"The hotel is located just off O'Connell Street, which is the main street north of the river Liffey. Very easy to get to and from the airport on bus 747. Temple bar area is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the hotel. If you do not wish to have breakfast at the hotel there are cafes close by on O'Connell Street." (3305210114)
Hotel was in a good location.
No mini bar in room.

"The rear of the hotel backs onto drug alley, regular drug taking and drinking in a compound at ground level. also there is a City of Dublin refuse collection point for the city centre and you are woken at 6.30 every morning by wagons and equipment. The only bar bans children under 18 from 9.00pm, no warning of this just if the staff want to tell you or not, so double standerds exist depending on whose on the bar." (3305030562)
Clean and functional
Rear of hotel, lots of noise and desperate views

"You should certainly have mentioned the building work outside the hotel. This has evidently been going on for some time and has some way to be completed yet. Although the hotel was faultless, I would probably not consider booking with yourselves again due to this major issue." (3304660909)
Location, value for money and extremely helpful and friendly staff.
The noise from the local building site just 10 metres from our room from as early as 7am until as late as 11pm.

It was comfortable and close to where I wanted to be
Carparking, no one new where I was able to park as I was leaving before the carparks opened in the morning.

"If you change the posibilities in your breakfastrestaurant and ask if we would like to be able to add further charges to our room-number at arrival, we would have no complaints at all" (2937785)
Nice new hotel in the middle of everything. Friendly staff
Even if we put the sign Please make up my room on the door at 9 am the room wasn´t made up until 3 or 3.30 pm most days. In the breakfastroom we had a bad experience the first morning. We went there and was asked for our roomnumber. Then a phone call was made and we were told taht we could not have it charged to our roomnumber but had to pay in cash eventhough the room was paid by creditcard. Furthermore do we find the price of 12 euro too high for a continental breakfast (it should be possible to order according to your need). We went to the nearby shop to buy croissants the rest of our stay and had them with our coffee in the room - and taht is hardly in your interrest?

"Modern Hotel with good location - very convenient for all attractions in Dublin.Somewhat sterile - totally charmless restaurant and bar - but that's Jury's, and what you expect having stayed with them before. Everything else is very good - fair price for straightforward room and good service." (3304313324)
Clean, modern room. Good chairs and beds.
Everything was as expected - straightforward, clean room. Suggested to call a taxi for us - we waited 15 minutes - plenty of taxis around, should have suggested we walked 50 yads to nearest taxi rank.

"The Hotel was excellent value for money expecially at a busy time (6 nations Rugby event) when other Hotels appeared to be unavailable via their online facilities and/ or were at a premium. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and your front door and other security precautions were good. I will stay in a Jury Hotel next time I travel." (2900856)
Everything except the view out the back but you have little control over that (room 450)
I think a large map on the receiption wall showing you are here and the main directions and streets to get to the main shopping areas and attractions giving some indication of the mileage. I know you provide street maps but these are useful as a supplement and when dressed not always something you wish to carry around

Excellent location, very central and quiet.
As I´m concerned about the environment I was happy to get a chance to read the company statement and actions on how to reduce the environmental impact. Was therfore a bit dissapointed to find that all towels had been changed even though we were happy to use them yet another day and therefore not left them on the floor.

"Location excellent and value for money, however staff could not understand english and were extremely slow, poor service when it came to requesting additional towels as we never rec'd them and had to wait until just before 5 for our rooms." (97916648)
Excellent location, close to croke park where we were attending a concert. rooms clean, value for money
Staff had poor english and were extremely slow. Had to ring reception twice for extra towels and we still never got them (two towels in the room for 3 people) when we checked in at 1.30 we were told we had to wait hr and half for room we eventually got a room just before 5
